Episode 9: Down to the Wire
The tribe arrives back at camp following a successful Tribal Council and Pete says in a confessional that he is actually kind of glad that Claude went but now he hopes that he isn’t the next target. Meanwhile, the alliance of the “likeable five” gathers around the fire and celebrates as the others watch on. Johanna says in a confessional that these people need to go and that she is going to do whatever it takes to get them out and make it to the end.
The sun rises over the Canard camp and Jack is out getting water with Pete. The two discuss how they’re so glad that they’ve made it this far and that it is getting down to the wire with so few people left. Pete comments on how getting rid of Claude was a good idea because he was very persuasive in the way he went about his game. Jack comments on Pete’s alliance with Claude and Pete says that he thought it would be smart to align with him but he knows that it wasn’t. Jack says in a confessional that Pete is a smart guy but that he may need to go sooner rather than later. Meanwhile, Johanna pulls Amy aside and tells her that Kate said that once everyone else is gone, Amy will be the first of that alliance to go. Amy says that she doesn’t believe her but Johanna says that she has not told one lie this entire game. Amy says in a confessional that she has no idea if she can trust Johanna but will listen to her anyway. Johanna tells Amy that it would be very smart to vote Kate out because if she makes it to the end, she’s one of the most likeable people out here and would win in a heartbeat. Amy says that she will definitely consider it and Johanna thanks her and walks off. Amy says in a confessional that Johanna has to be the next one to go. We get a time lapse and see Amy approaching Kate. She tells Kate about what Johanna said to her and Kate tells her that it was a bold faced lie and Amy says that she knew that and that Johanna has to go. Kate agrees and says that they will wait and see what happens at the immunity challenge.
Immunity Challenge: Deena wins immunity!
The tribe arrives back at camp and most people are surprised at the upset that Deena pulled off but they congratulate her anyway. Deena says in a confessional that a 1-in-7 shot at winning is an amazing feeling. Meanwhile, Johanna pulls Sean off to the side and tells him the exact same thing that she told Amy. Sean says that if he can be sure that Johanna is telling the truth he will vote with her. Johanna tells him that she has not told a single lie this entire game and Sean agrees with her and says that he will strongly consider voting Kate out because she certainly is a huge threat for jury votes. Pete and Courtney are in the lake swimming and Courtney casually mentions what Pete was doing with Amy and Pete promises her that it meant nothing and Courtney says in a confessional that she isn’t so sure that she believes him. Pete asks where her head is at in terms of the vote and Courtney says that it would be best if they were to vote Kate off tonight. Pete agrees and says that with Kate being a likeable person and having the majority alliance they’ll have some work to do but that it is a smart idea. Pete says in a confessional that it may soon be time to cut ties with Courtney but he can’t do that just yet because there are still too many people left in this game. Johanna pulls Deena aside and tells her that her alliance with Trent was not a good idea and she knows that now and that Deena needs to swing onto her side and vote Kate out. Deena says that she is unsure of what she is going to do at this moment and needs some time to think. Johanna says that they will go to the final 2 together and Deena says in a confessional that a promise like that is big and if she is to be believed, Kate will be gone tonight.
At Tribal Council, it is Johanna that becomes the 9th person voted out of Survivor: The Canadian Wilderness and the 2nd member of the jury by a vote of 5-3.
Votes Johanna – Deena, Kate, Amy, Sean, Jack Kate – Pete, Courtney, Johanna

Episode 10: What now?
The tribe arrives back at camp following Tribal Council and Jack starts a fire. He says in a confessional that they’re getting down to the end now and there can’t be five people sitting at the end so they are going to need to think about cutting some people. Meanwhile, Deena says in a confessional that she certainly could have flipped over to Johanna’s side but she didn’t want to chance another purple rock tiebreaker.
The sun rises over camp and Sean and Kate are sitting by the fire. Sean asks who is next and Kate says that Pete is the biggest physical threat left in this game and if they don’t get rid of him soon he’s going to ride all the way to the end. Sean says that is definitely true and that he was also aligned with Claude and Johanna so he’s also probably a social threat. Kate agrees and says in a confessional that once Pete is gone, they are going to have a free run to the end. Meanwhile, Deena goes to speak with Pete and Courtney who are down by the well getting water. She asks them what they think in regards to the vote and Pete says that even if someone flips they wouldn’t have the numbers. Deena says that she thinks she could probably get Jack to flip over to their side if they want to and they could vote Kate out. Pete looks ecstatic and says that if she did that, he’d be forever in her debt. Courtney says in a confessional that if they trust Deena it could come back to bite them in the ass but that at this point, they need to trust people or they’ll be done in this game. Deena tells them that she’ll talk to Jack and see where his head is at after the immunity challenge. Meanwhile, Jack and Sean are discussing what to do next and Sean says that Kate is certainly a big threat but that Pete is an even bigger threat and that they need to get rid of him by any means necessary. Jack agrees and says in a confessional that he really wants to go to the top 2 with Sean because he’s a great guy so they need to continue working together and getting rid of Pete is the smartest move.
Immunity Challenge: Pete wins immunity!
The tribe returns to camp following the immunity challenge and Pete says in a confessional that if it weren’t for that timely immunity win, he’d likely be the one going home tonight. Meanwhile, Kate, Amy, Sean and Jack discuss what to do now that Pete is safe from the vote tonight and Amy suggests that they vote out Courtney because a duo in this game is pretty dangerous. Sean raises his eyebrow at the mention of a duo and the camera focuses on him and Jack. Kate says that getting rid of Courtney would certainly be in their best interest but that they could possibly blindside Deena because they would still have the numbers. Jack says that getting rid of Deena would not be a smart move at all and says in a confessional that Kate is a naïve young girl that thinks blindsiding an ally is smart when it isn’t. Meanwhile, Pete and Deena stand off by the trees and Pete says that it’s obvious that tonight’s vote is going to be for Courtney and Deena says that they should just vote with the majority to screw with everyone and Pete asks about getting Jack and Deena says that she can try but if not there’s nothing that they can do. Pete says that if they vote out Courtney, they’ll have to make a huge play at the next Tribal Council to secure a spot in the final 5 and Deena tells him not to worry about a thing.
At Tribal Council, it is Courtney that becomes the 10th person voted out of Survivor: The Canadian Wilderness and the 3rd member of the jury by a vote of 6-1.

Episode 11: Why? Why? Why!
The tribe arrives back at camp following Tribal Council and Pete says in a confessional that if he doesn’t win immunity again he is probably screwed. Meanwhile, Jack and Sean discuss their options for what to do next and Sean suggests that they blindside a member of their own alliance rather than take out Pete. Jack says that it would probably be a good idea and says in a confessional that Kate thinks she’s running things but will be sorely mistaken.
The sun rises over the Canard camp and Kate has the machete and she is chopping wood when Deena approaches her. Deena tells her that Amy is getting really wise in this game and Kate tells her not to worry and says in a confessional that if Deena is trying to get rid of her allies, she’ll be the next one to go. Deena tells her that if they let Amy get to the end she will win no matter what and Kate says that she shouldn’t worry about it because it won’t matter in the end. Deena just sighs and walks off and says in a confessional that Kate is thick headed and needs to go. Meanwhile, Pete and Jack talk and Pete tells Jack that he wants to work with him and that they could definitely go to the top two. Jack asks Pete if he is aligned with anyone else and Pete says that he and Deena are a voting block but only because Courtney went out. Jack says in a confessional that they could definitely do it. Jack says that he will definitely consider Pete’s proposal. Meanwhile, Sean is sitting by the fire and Deena approaches him. She asks where his head is at in terms of the vote and Sean says that he kind of wants to vote Kate out and Deena says that would be a great idea because Kate could very well win this game. Sean says that they will have to wait until after the immunity challenge before they decide who they will be voting out and Deena agrees and says in a confessional that this could be a huge turning point in this game.
Immunity Challenge: Amy wins immunity!
The castaways return to the camp and congratulate Amy on her timely immunity win. Amy says in a confessional that she is so glad that she is safe because anything could happen at this point. Kate pulls Amy off to the side and tells her to vote Deena tonight and Amy says that she will. Kate also says that she might be a target tonight and asks Amy if she’d be willing to give up her immunity necklace. Amy says that she doesn’t know about that and says in a confessional that she isn’t as stupid as everyone thinks. Amy tells Kate that her vote will go to Deena tonight and Kate says that they will go to the top 2 together. Meanwhile, Sean and Jack meet by the well and Jack says that he was approached by Pete about a possible alliance and Sean says that he was approached by Deena. Jack tells him that Pete is also aligned with Deena and that if they all work together; they’re going to be golden to the top 4. Sean agrees and says in a confessional that things have changed since before the merge when he and Jack were on the very bottom of the tribe. Pete and Deena come sauntering down the path to the well where Sean and Jack are and they all discuss what to do and Deena says that the only possible option is to get rid of Kate tonight and that if Amy gives up her immunity, they vote Amy out. Everyone agrees and says that Kate is gone tonight.
At Tribal Council, it is Kate that becomes the 11th person voted out of Survivor: The Canadian Wilderness and the 4th member of the jury by a vote of 4-2.

Episode 12: Work My Magic
The tribe arrives back at camp following Tribal Council and they celebrate making it to the final 5 but Amy stands off to the side looking dejected and says in a confessional that the fact that she’s sure that there is a five-some makes her so sad because unless she wins immunity, she’s going to be voted out. Meanwhile, Sean and Jack celebrate and Jack says that he cannot believe what a turnaround they made and that they are guaranteed final 4 at this point. Sean says in a confessional that if he can at least make final 4 he will definitely be able to get to the end.
A time lapse of the sun rising over camp is shown and we see Pete swimming in the lake. Amy walks up and sits on the shore and Pete swims up and asks her what’s up. Amy says that she knows she’s gone unless she wins immunity and Pete tells her that things can change on a dime in this game and to not give up. Amy tells him that she isn’t just going to lie down and die with 3 days left in this game. Amy says in a confessional that it’s time to work her magic and find a way to stay in this game. Amy tells Pete that if he kept her, they could go to the final 2 and Pete says that he really doesn’t know what he’s going to do at Tribal Council yet but will decide following the immunity challenge. Meanwhile, Jack, Deena and Sean are at the fire and Deena says that they need to take out Pete after they get rid of Amy. Sean and Jack agree and say that if he makes it to the final 3; he’ll win the final immunity challenge and then probably win the game. Jack says in a confessional that if they let Pete get any further than final 5, he honestly could just run away with it and win so that it’s something he may have to think about.
Immunity Challenge: Sean wins immunity!
The final 5 return to camp and Sean says in a confessional that he’s in the final 4 and nobody can take that from him and that he accomplished his goal. Meanwhile, Amy talks to Deena and says that they should vote Pete out tonight and Deena says that she may do that and says in a confessional that this may be the only opportunity to get rid of Pete because he could almost certainly win the last 2 immunity challenges which wouldn’t be good for anyone. Deena tells Amy that voting Pete out is certainly a very good possibility so that she shouldn’t give up yet. Meanwhile, Jack, Pete and Sean discuss who they want to vote out and Jack says that the only real thing that they can do is get rid of Amy tonight and Pete agrees. Sean pitches the idea of keeping Amy but getting rid of Deena and Pete says that it sounds good on paper but he wants to keep the core four together to the top 4. Sean agrees with him but says in a confessional that this is a game and that his best chance to win would probably be against Amy because she hasn’t done all that much.[/colpr]

Jack and Sean shake hands and Sean says in a confessional that deals made early in the game truly can last a very long time. A time lapse of the sun raising over camp is shown and Pete comes back from treemail with a basket of food. The four celebrate and eat breakfast with one another. Pete says in a confessional that it was great to finally be able to get some food in his system and that he is ready to dominate the immunity challenge. Deena pulls Jack aside before they set off for the immunity challenge and tells him that if Pete doesn’t win immunity they need to take him out so they need to work their hardest to win immunity today and Jack agrees but says in a confessional that Deena could possibly win the game due to being such a strategist. Immunity Challenge: Pete wins immunity! The final four arrive back at camp and Pete says in a confessional that he has a guaranteed spot in the final three and possibly even the final two if he can win immunity again. Meanwhile, Sean and Jack talk and weigh their options and say that they obviously aren’t going to vote for one another so the only possible thing that they can do is to vote Deena out and Sean agrees. Meanwhile, Deena talks with Pete and says that if they want to make it to the final two they need to vote Sean out because he is the biggest physical threat outside of Pete. Pete agrees and tells Deena that it is Sean that goes tonight but Pete says in a confessional that Deena has no idea that he is secretly working with Jack and Sean. At Tribal Council, it is Deena that becomes the 13th person voted out of Survivor: The Canadian Wilderness and the 6th member of the jury by a vote of 3-1. Pete says in a confessional that if he doesn’t win final immunity, he is absolutely screwed. The next morning, treemail tells the final three to go on a walk to the final immunity challenge and to honor the 13 people that helped them get to where they are. They start on their journey and come across Fabian’s torch and say that they never knew him but he seemed like quite the nutcase. Mary is next and Jack says that he wishes she could have stayed longer because she was truly a very nice lady. Next up is Gregory and they say that he really seemed like he didn’t want to be out here. Following Gregory is Laura and they comment on how crazy it was when she was blindsided and that it truly was the first blindside of Survivor. They come across Harry next and say that from what they could see, he was one of the biggest assholes out here. Trent is next and they say that they kind of wish he made it to the merge because they would have loved to have played with him. Melody is next and they say that when she went out, it was a huge surprise and that they don’t want to go to rocks ever again. Claude is next and they say that he really could have won if he made it but that he turned it around from being a huge asshole in the beginning. Johanna is next and they say that aligning with Claude was her downfall but that she was a nice woman overall. Courtney is next and Pete says that he really wishes she could have stayed but it was the smartest to get rid of her. Kate is up next and they all say that she would have won the game hands down and she was a great player. Amy is next and they say that they feel bad for voting her out but that the jury likely would have picked her because she was so damn likeable. Finally, they come to Deena and say that voting her out was probably the hardest because she definitely deserved to be here because she fought so hard her entire time out here. They burn all the torches and walk off to the final immunity challenge. Final Immunity Challenge: Pete wins immunity! The three return to camp and Sean says in a confessional that he is absolutely screwed but is going to try his hardest to somehow manage to stay in the game. Pete says that he realizes that but he is unsure of who he’s taking. Sean talks to Pete later on and says that Jack is the older guy and everyone is going to like him because he hasn’t done that much to piss people off and Pete agrees and says in a confessional that he has no idea what he is going to do. At Tribal Council, it is Sean that becomes the 14th person voted of Survivor: The Canadian Wilderness and 7th and final member of the jury by a vote of 1-0.
