On July 1st 2014, Manchester United's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward made the blockbuster announcement that Paul Heyman would be taking over the reigns of Manchester United as their new manager. Although he is known for his wrestling managerial abilities, he managed to beat the likes of Jurgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola, Diego Simeone and Ryan Giggs to the job. It is thought that the Glazer family were impressed by his exceptional list of accomplishments - including being the man behind the 1 in 21-1. But he must his the floor running as United now have Champions League football back again, and they won't accept anything but the best now.
