Task: To create a 3D experience for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Rocksolid project manager: Michael Johnson Tenacity project manager: Cyndi Lauper
Winning Team: Rocksolid Reasons for win: The team focused on their celebrity power and made the experience a lot more enjoyable due to being able to interact with the celebrities as they portrayed Harry Potter characters.
Losing Team: Tenacity Reasons for loss: The people that attended the 3D experience were a bit off put by Cyndi's craziness and the overall idea for the project was not what the Universal execs were looking for.
Sent to boardroom: Cyndi Lauper (PM), Carol Leifer and Sharon Osbourne
Fired: Carol Leifer - fired for having a poor performance during the presentation and not contributing as much as she was needed throughout the task.

Season 3, Episode 5
Task: The teams are asked to develop a 10 second and 30 second commercial for Right Guard. Each team will have an ex-NBA star. (Rocksolid has Clyde Drexler, Tenacity has Scottie Pippen).
Rocksolid project manager: Darryl Strawberry Tenacity project manager: Holly Robinson Peete
Winning Team: Rocksolid Reasons for win: The Right Guard execs absolutely loved the fact that they used all of the athletes on the team (Darryl, Bill and Michael) as well as Clyde Drexler in the commercial.
Losing Team: Tenacity Reasons for loss: The execs felt as though Tenacity went way off course with what they were trying to accomplish in the commercial.
Sent to boardroom: Holly Robinson Peete (PM), Maria Kanellis and Selita Ebanks
Fired: Holly Robinson Peete - fired for being the project manager and the driving force behind the way the commercial was made which was the reason for the loss.

Task: To make over an aspiring country musician.
Rocksolid project manager: Bill Goldberg Tenacity project manager: Sharon Osbourne
Winning Team: Tenacity Reasons for win: Largely due to the fact that Sharon is a known music manager and knew exactly what to do to get the win for her team and their musician had a brilliant performance and interview.
Losing Team: Rocksolid Reasons for loss: The music industry experts felt as though Bill was the wrong person to take over the role of project manager for this task and the performance and interview that their musician had was less than stellar in comparison to Tenacity.
Sent to boardroom: Bill Goldberg (PM), Bret Michaels and Curtis Stone
Fired: Bill Goldberg - for stepping up as project manager on a task that would have been much more suited for Bret and failing to lead his team to the victory.

Season 3, Episode 7
Task: To create a celebrity workout class for 24 Hour Fitness. The team that raised the most money would win both team's money of profit.
Rocksolid project manager: Michael Johnson Tenacity project manager: Maria Kanellis
Winning Team: Rocksolid Reasons for win: They raised 231,234 dollars.
Losing Team: Tenacity Reasons for loss: They raised 230,477 dollars.
Sent to boardroom: No final boardroom
Fired: No one - Arnold commended both teams on their fundraising abilities for this task and decided to keep the teams intact and not fire anyone.

Season 3, Episode 8
Task: To create three radio commercials for three different areas (plumbing, heating/air-conditioning, and electricity maintenance) of a home repair company named Clockwork Home Services.
Rocksolid project manager: Curtis Stone Tenacity project manager: Selita Ebanks
Winning Team: Rocksolid Reasons for win: The execs felt as though Rocksolid's commercials was more original and liked the comedic touch as well as the fact that it got across the idea of the company better.
Losing Team: Tenacity Reasons for loss: Tenacity's radio commercials lacked clarity and didn't highlight the company enough.
Sent to boardroom: Selita Ebanks (PM), Cyndi Lauper, Maria Kanellis and Sharon Osbourne
Fired: Selita Ebanks - for being the project manager and not effectively controlling her team.
Cyndi Lauper - for being the driving force behind the idea for the commercials which were the main reason that they lost the task.

Season 3, Episode 9
Corporate reshuffle: Bret Michaels was sent to Tenacity to join Maria Kanellis and Sharon Osbourne
Task: Teams are asked to rebuild and remodel an apartment.
Rocksolid project manager: Darryl Strawberry Tenacity project manager: Bret Michaels
Winning Team: Tenacity Reasons for win: The judges felt as though Tenacity worked extremely hard and they made their apartment look a lot larger than it actually was.
Losing Team: Rocksolid Reasons for loss: The judges didn't like the way that the apartment was set up and weren't huge fans of the paint schemes that the team chose.
Sent to boardroom: Darryl Strawberry (PM), Michael Johnson and Curtis Stone
Fired: Darryl Strawberry - for being the person in charge of the paint ideas and not delegating other tasks properly. Michael and Curtis also told Arnold that Darryl was the weakest team member.

Season 3, Episode 10
Task: Interviews with Bill Rancic and Brande Roderick.
Fired: Michael Johnson - for being unanimously deemed the weakest player remaining of the final 5.
Curtis Stone - for being rude and cocky during his interviews and the fact that he has had a less than stellar performance throughout the season.
Maria Kanellis - while being a very strong candidate throughout the season, Maria stumbled her way through her interviews and Arnold felt as though she did not have what it takes to win the season.

Task: The teams were asked to develop a new flavor from Snapple. Then, the marketing materials they were asked is a 30-second commercial and a brochure.
Bret's team: Bret Michaels, Maria Kanellis and Curtis Stone Sharon's team: Sharon Osbourne, Cyndi Lauper and Michael Johnson

Winning Team: ASAP Reasons for win: They raised 123,542 dollars.
Losing Team: Backbone Reasons for loss: They raised 113,747 dollars.
Sent to boardroom: Lil Jon (PM), Richard Hatch and David Cassidy
Fired: David Cassidy - for being a weak link on the team and not defending himself in the boardroom as well as bringing in the least about of money.

Task: Create a children's book and perform it to a group consisting of four to five year olds. The story must also revolve around at least one team member. The teams will be judged based on three criteria: originality, age appropriateness, and creativity.
Backbone project manager: Gary Busey ASAP project manager: Star Jones
Winning Team: ASAP Reasons for win: The judges were much more entertained by ASAP's performance and really enjoyed the story that they were able to put together.
Losing Team: Backbone Reasons for loss: Their story was extremely age inappropriate and their performance was seen as less than stellar.
Sent to boardroom: Gary Busey (PM), Mark McGrath and Jose Canseco
Fired: Jose Canseco - fired for being the one behind the story and being extremely rude and condescending to both Mark and Gary in the boardroom.

Task: The celebrities must create an outdoor camping experience.
Backbone project manager: John Rich ASAP project manager: Hope Dworacyzk
Winning Team: Backbone Reasons for win: The judges felt as though Backbone's experience was more authentic and felt as though the choice of country boy John Rich as project manager was perfect.
Losing Team: ASAP Reasons for loss: The judges saw that ASAP's experience was very disorganized and lacked the spark that it took to win the task.
Sent to boardroom: Hope Dworacyzk (PM), Lisa Rinna and Marlee Matlin
Fired: Hope Dworacyzk - fired for being the project manager and not being able to effectively manage the task and being seen as the weakest member of the team.
