Kurt Angle and Bubba Ray Dudley have both returned to the WWE after spending years in TNA. They both returned at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view where they entered #29 and #30 respectively.

Royal Rumble Fallout

Nikki Bella claimed that she is the greatest diva to ever step foot in a WWE ring, cue Charlotte who made her main roster debut by putting Nikki in the Figure Four Leg Lock setting up a match for the Diva's title at WWE Fast Lane.

The Miz and Damien Mizdow had an argument regarding Mizdow eliminating The Miz from the Rumble and The New Day claimed that they were going to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. The Miz and Mizdow looked as though they would struggle to work cohesively.

Paul Heyman said "The Beast" Brock Lesnar is ready to face Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania and will conquer yet another person at Wrestlemania. 

Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns had it out and guest General Manager Trish Stratus set up a match at WWE Fast Lane between the two with the winner getting the Wrestlemania title shot.

Adam Rose and The Bunny continued their feud and set up a match at WWE Fast Lane with the loser leaving the WWE for good.

Kurt Angle's return to Raw saw him call out Daniel Bryan and challenge him to a match at Wrestlemania which Daniel Bryan accepted and the two shook hands but Angle hit Bryan with the Angle Slam.

Sheamus cut a promo saying that he is the new BEAST in the WWE and will show that. Bubba Ray Dudley interrupted him and the two had a brawl which ended with Sheamus hitting the High Cross.

Fast Lane Fallout

Vince McMahon announced that he has found the perfect General Manager for Raw and it is announced that it is Sting! Sting announced that there were many changes coming to the WWE and Triple H returned and hit Sting with a Pedigree setting up a match at Wrestlemania. Vince announced that it would be for ownership of the WWE!

Rusev barreled through everyone in his way and Lana said that nobody in the back can defeat "The Hero of the Russian Federation" and that he will be champion for a very long time. Cue Sheamus who comes out and dominates Rusev before hitting him with the Brogue Kick and holding up the championship.

Bray Wyatt cut a promo on the future of the WWE and how The Undertaker is so far in the past that it isn't even funny. The Undertaker returned and told Wyatt that at Wrestlemania he will rest in peace.

Charlotte and The Bella Twins would continue their feud for weeks until Sting announced that they would go head to head at Wrestlemania with the title on the line and Brie barred from ringside!

Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan would try to one up each other in matches over the course of several weeks but at the end of each they would shake hands.

Bubba Ray Dudley would be attacked by Dean Ambrose week after week until Dudley challenged Ambrose to an Extreme Rules match at Wrestlemania that was readily accepted by Ambrose.

Sting announced that at Wrestlemania on the pre-show there would be a battle royal featuring talent exclusively from NXT with the winner getting a chance to shine on the main show in an Intercontinental Championship match against Dolph Ziggler!

Seth Rollins paraded about with the Money in the Bank briefcase stating that he could cash it in at a moments notice and win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and John Cena didn't like that and challenged Rollins to a match at Wrestlemania with the briefcase on the line which Rollins surprisingly accepted.

Roman Reigns would call Brock Lesnar out every week after Fast Lane and get Paul Heyman talking about how "The Beast" is going to kick his ass at Wrestlemania. This was until Reigns hit Heyman with the Superman Punch and Brock Lesnar returned and nailed Reigns with the F-5 on the go-home show to Wrestlemania!
