- Coming off of the WWE's biggest show of the year, Wrestlemania, Corey Graves would hold a very important press conference. Corey would tell everybody during this time that he has officially signed a working agreement of sorts for the WWE. SPW will continue to showcase top talents around the world as well scouting for the WWE. Vince McMahon and Corey Graves had sat down to write out a contract promising no hostility between the two companies. Corey Graves even would mention that he and Vince agree that if there workers weren't in their company they would want them in SPW or WWE respectively. Vince McMahon would confirm all of Corey Graves statements after the press conference where he would tell the wrestling fandom that big things were in store for both WWE and SPW.
- With Annihilation now behind us, what a fantastic show that it turned out to be but of course with every show there is the fall out. On Annihilation, we would see Matt Hardy be stretchered out of the arena. Getting a word with head SPW trainer Charlie Haas, Haas has confirmed that Matt Hardy had suffered a concussion from the chair shot that busted his head open. Haas would also tell us that it was unknown to when Matt Hardy will be back but to not be expecting him next Velocity. It was lucky that only Matt will be missing a period of time as John Morrison and Bobby Roode also found themselves under medical care. Charlie Haas can confirm that the two did not suffer any major injuries more than Bobby Roode receiving stitches.
- Corey Graves had been verbally upset with how the Main Event had turned out expecting Samoa Joe to care more about the championship than Alex Shelley but that didn't seem to work out the way Graves wanted it. Corey would send out a tweet telling everybody that he will be addressing Alex Shelley and Samoa Joe on next weeks Velocity and he promised that they will not like what he will have to say. Graves would also confirm that The Crown Royal's will get their SPW Tag team Championship in a month at SPW's next PPV
- An sadly this part has to come in the wrestling business but you always hate to see it happen. Corey Graves would announce some major cuts from the SPW roster after Annihilation. Graves would wish Seiya Sanada and Samuel Shaw the best of luck in their future endeavors. Graves would comment that he hated to see them go but unfortunately just had to do it. In brighter news on the cuts, we have some signings that Corey Graves are hopeful about. Graves announced that a top free agents Jimmy Havoc and Noam Dar have signed contracts.
- In WWE news, Wrestlemania is now behind us and it would go down as one of the greatest Wrestlemania's of all time. Post Wrestlemania on Raw, we would begin to see where the future was headed as a new season has begun. Triple H and The Corporation would look to rid of the returning Seth Rollins but Reigns and Ziggler could hardly get along. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins of all people would come together to dispose of The Corporation but then Ambrose would turn on Rollins and pose with the championship. The New Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn's celebration was cut short by Kevin Owens as their long time feud looked to continue over the gold. Speaking of gold, how about gold medals. Kurt Angle would cut a promo announcing his retirement from professional wrestling his Wrestlemania match with Triple H. In a shocking move, the now heel John Cena got a massive pop as John Cena said he wanted to retire Kurt Angle. Chris Master has been a dominate champion with an impressive title defense against Rusev but now he has a big threat in Baron Corbin stepping up to the plate. Charlotte has once again become champion winning the four way but now she has three women who all want a second chance. Bayley would win a triple threat match to be named Number One Contender. The new Tag team Champions Big Cass and Enzo Amore shocked the WWE Universe making their debuts at Mania but now they will have to defend against the guys they beat American Domination that want a "fair shot". Bray Wyatt won the Andre the Giant battle royal and would cut a promo about being a giant and a god whenever Cesaro came out and tried to lay out Wyatt only to be crushed by Braun Strowman.
In TNA News, the deal is done and the contracts have been signed. Jeff Jarrett has once again became the head man in charge of TNA Wrestling as Dixie Carter would almost immediately announce her retirement from the business. Jeff Jarrett would hold a conference announcing the next step forward. Jarrett announced TNA would take a shot month hiatus as they settled out things. They would pick back up at TNA Bound For Glory which would be moved for this special occasion. Jeff would announce a series of matches starting with the TNA tag team Championship match between The Colons and the GFW Tag Team Champions The Bollywood Boyz. The TNA Knockouts Championship will be defended whenever Gail Kim faces the GFW Women's Champion Christina Von Eerie. Alberto el Patron will defend the TNA X-Division Championship against GFW NEX*GEN Champion Sonjay Dutt. And the final announced match for the card will be the TNA World Championship match between the champion Aaron Stevens and the GFW World Champion Magnus.

Graves has hit the WWE, Lucha Underground, and ROH for names and now one more company has been hit. Stating his extreme unhappiness with the current TNA product, Austin Aries got in contact with Corey Graves before getting his release from TNA.
