The San Diego Chargers, headed into the 2015 season, with a lot of questions. After drafting college studs like Melvin Gordon and Denzel Perryman, at positions they already had suitable players at, where they would fit in and how much of an improvement would they be. The Chargers also had to address their future as it pertains to their success in recent years, involving the contract details of Philip Rivers and Eric Weddle. San Diego has a lot of questions the fans want answers to, and they'll have to give it to them while #BOLTING. head coach - Mike McCoy off coordinator - Frank Reich def coordinator - John Pagano s.t. coordinator - Kevin Spencer Roster:

I don't need any free spaces for this, so you may post now if you'd like. Oh look! I accidentally created myself a free space.

JULY/AUGUST NOTES - (before preseason action)
The Chargers are looking for potential trading partners as it pertains to their linebacking core, noting everyone there is up for discussion with the exception of rookie Denzel Perryman. The Chargers believe they can get a 2nd or 3rd rounder off of Butler or Te'o.
In a training camp practice, CB Craig Mager tore his ACL and MCL and was declared out for the entire year. Instead of keeping him on the Injured Reserve list, the Chargers went ahead and cut the person taking up one of the bottom spots on the cornerback depth chart.
Second-year corner Jason Verrett appeared on SportsNation and made remarks that the Chargers were going to "show up" the Denver Broncos this year, as Verrett believes the San Diego Chargers are favorites in the AFC West ... Later back at camp he was asked about the comments, as Verrett laughed them off and said his comments were blown out of proportion, and shied away from what was said.
When asked about the running back position, offensive coordinator Frank Reich told reporters that he loves the running back situation, believing it's the best group in all of football. Reich also shot down the rumor that with the drafting of Melvin Gordon in the first round, that any of the others were on the trade block, calling the rumors "absurd".

PRESEASON WEEK ONE NOTES -
Chargers defeat the Cowboys, 17-6 in the Preseason. G Johnnie Troutman (quad injury) and DT Tenny Palepoi (ACL) were the ones injured, with Palepoi out for the year and Troutman with no timetable.
San Diego got into a brawl at practice, which leaders Philip Rivers and Eric Weddle broke up, ironically the ones in need for a new contract.
Mike McCoy said he's impressed with WR Dontrelle Inman and what he's shown so far.
Latest on the trade rumors is the Chargers have had nothing to peak their interest, and there's an unconfirmed report that the Chargers got a 2nd-round offer from the Titans for Manti Te'o, which there seems to be no truth to.
People around camp have said Melvin Ingram's been a huge disappointment thus far, and that there were high expectations for him heading in to training camp that Ingram has not grasped yet.

This looks interesting. Is every week going to be done in a "Notes" format because I think that's a cool way to do it!

This looks interesting. Is every week going to be done in a "Notes" format because I think that's a cool way to do it! For the preseason, yes. In the regular season, I still would like to do this, yet be a little more elaborate with there being games and all. So I may add on something to accomplish just that.
