What led to Battleground? After CM Punk conquered The Rock, Randy Orton, and even Triple H, he was finally free from all the controversy surrounding that. However, the next night, a familiar face came up to him, staking his claim, and that was the "Beast Incarnate" Brock Lesnar, whom CM Punk beat at WrestleMania! It was not a doubtful thought that Brock Lesnar wanted CM Punk's WWE Championship, and Paul Heyman even advocated towards CM Punk, but it turns out that Punk said there was no need for Heyman's long 10-minute speech. CM Punk said he wants Brock Lesnar and if he has to put his title on the line to get back at Paul Heyman, hitting him where it hurts in the pocket, then he'll gladly do it. The go-home episode of Raw, Paul Heyman had a "pre-celebratory" event for Brock Lesnar, where Lesnar would ride in a limo and get on the red carpet to the ring. As Heyman and Lesnar are celebrating with champagne, also looking back at Brock Lesnar's career, CM Punk would come out and smash the limousine, destroying the vehicle as Heyman shouted "IT WAS A RENTAL!"... Confirmed Match: CM Punk(c) vs. Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman for the WWE ChampionshipKofi Kingston, after having beaten Wade Barrett at Night of Champions, wanted to seek out the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler. The General Manager of SmackDown, William Regal, thought Kofi still had something to prove, so he stuck him in a fatal four way match with Big Show, Kane, and Mark Henry. When it came to the main event, Daniel Bryan would interfere and attack his former tag team partner Kane. Then the bearded man who attacked Big Show after his Intercontinental Championship defense at Night of Champions, he was there to go after Big Show again. This left Kofi Kingston to Mark Henry, hitting Trouble in Paradise and becoming the #1 contender. William Regal commended his respect towards Kofi Kingston, which Wade Barrett was upset of how Kofi Kingston won his way into the world title match, in which Dolph Ziggler would come along and warn them both he has connections to get whatever he wants done accomplished. This would add fuel to the fire with the outwitting of Ziggler and Barrett in their mind games, but Dolph will need to focus on Kofi Kingston come Battleground. Confirmed Match: Dolph Ziggler(c) vs. Kofi Kingston for the World Heavyweight ChampionshipTriple H would go to Ricardo Rodriguez backstage and praise Alberto Del Rio's work in the ring, as Ricardo thanked him, and Triple H would walk off. That week on SmackDown in Alberto Del Rio's match versus Sheamus, Randy Orton would strike with an RKO on both men, but he'd put Del Rio through the announce table. This would ignite a rivalry between Del Rio and Orton, and would even lead to Randy Orton targeting Alberto's personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez. Del Rio would run to the save, but Triple H would help Orton beat Del Rio down into their trap and also handcuff him. Triple H would pedigree Rodriguez, and then Orton would hit the patented RKO, as Alberto looked on helpless. It's unlikely that Ricardo Rodriguez will be able to attend Battleground, so this means Alberto will have to settle for his name being announced by Lilian Garcia instead, and we're sure Lilian won't be willing to help Alberto win his match. Confirmed Match: Alberto Del Rio vs. Randy Orton w/Triple HWhile Big Show was attacked by a mystery man, led by another, after his successful title defense at Night of Champions, as well as costing him a chance at a world title match, Big Show had to find out who it was. The man who watched on would pop on the titantron to speak, calling himself the "Eater of Worlds" Bray Wyatt, and his man is none other than his "Prodigal Son" Luke Harper. Bray said he could tell Big Show was upset, and he'll just have to live with it. And later on in the buildup, Big Show was then once again later attacked by Luke Harper. Bray Wyatt would then pick up Big Show's Intercontinental Championship and hand it off to Luke Harper, raising his hand, making their wishes very clear. Confirmed Match: Big Show(c) vs. Luke Harper w/Bray Wyatt for the Intercontinental ChampionshipIn the continued tag team gone bad rivalry with Daniel Bryan and Kane, Daniel Bryan wouldn't accept his defeat to Kane. And since Daniel Bryan would use a kendo stick to attack Kane, costing him a shot at Ziggler's World Heavyweight Championship, it was suggested they put that kendo stick on a pole and have a match. Daniel Bryan promised if he grabs the kendo stick, he'll put the Lebell Lock on and never let go until the life's choked out of him. Bryan also promised he won't rest until he's defeated Kane and there's an unanimous reasoning among the WWE Universe that he was the only reason their title reign lasted more than a month, let alone 11 months. Confirmed Match: Daniel Bryan vs. Kane in a Kendo Stick on a Pole MatchIn the Shield-Nexus continued rivalry, David Otunga felt it was time to move into a more serious manner. David Otunga said it wasn't about the United States Championship, nor the WWE Tag Team Championships, but who was the better faction. Otunga challenged The Shield to a 6-Man Tag Team Match at Battleground, in which The Shield didn't hesitate to accept. Otunga's plans are to use Alex Riley and Big E in this match, that way Justin Gabriel and Michael McGillicutty are free to defend their tag titles. And between Night of Champions and Battleground, Roman Reigns would defend his title against Sheamus, in which Otunga and the Nexus tried getting involved, but Roman Reigns would eventually win the match with a Spear. Confirmed Match: The Shield vs. NexusSo with the WWE Tag Team Champions Justin Gabriel and Michael McGillicutty on a role of sorts, beating all the tag teams, they still had a technical issue to overcome. Team Rhodes Scholars, since the winter time of this year, have helped Dolph Ziggler in every way possible, and he'd make sure that they're compensated for what they've done. Dolph Ziggler would get them, via Raw Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, another opportunity with Nexus for the titles. Ziggler warned them they better make good use of it, because he won't be able to get them another one. Team Rhodes Scholars would attack the tag champs, but they obviously had backup, so Rhodes and Sandow look to be facing a healthy Nexus squad. Confirmed Match: Justin Gabriel and Michael McGillicutty vs. Team Rhodes Scholars for the WWE Tag Team ChampionshipsAfter beating Chris Jericho on the preshow, Mr. Money in the Bank Drew McIntyre showed no respect by not only rejecting a handshake offered by the future WWE Hall of Famer, but by beating Chris Jericho up afterwards and nailing him with another Future Shock DDT. Jeff Jarrett would find this act despicable, and wants to teach the young McIntyre a lesson. Thus, Jarrett wants to have a match where he won't just beat McIntyre, but humiliate him as well, suggesting a Strap Match. McIntyre would accept, and before Battleground, he would even whip Jeff Jarrett, as then Chris Jericho ran to Jeff Jarrett's defense before too much damage could be done before Battelground. Confirmed Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Jeff Jarrett in a Strap MatchAfter upsetting AJ Lee at Night of Champions, Kaitlyn's ego was inflated, but AJ tried to let that balloon out. AJ Lee wouldn't leave Kaitlyn alone and finally got a rematch set for Battleground. These two continued to play dirty the week leading up to Battleground, where Kaitlyn would leave her with a concussion, but AJ's insisted on she's fine to compete. The match is still booked for Sunday, but we won't find out until showtime if the match has been scratched or not. Confirmed Match: AJ Lee vs. KaitlynNatalya's defeat by Noami was easy, but Cameron felt she could do better. Cameron would beat Naomi herself, and Natalya would come out and attack Cameron, locking her in the Sharpshooter. Cameron would retaliate later on, while Natalya's match versus Aksana was still going, Cameron wouldn't hold back by attacking Natalya. Natalya then said she's already beaten one Funkadactyl, she might bulldoze the other before moving on to the real mascots of the group, referencing to Brodus Clay and Tensai. This is to the be preshow match, but if AJ Lee and Kaitlyn can not go on, this likely is moved up. Confirmed Match: Natalya(c) vs. Cameron w/Tons of Funk for the Divas Championship

What led to Hell in a Cell? After CM Punk was laid unconscious by Brock Lesnar, and saved of a cash-in by John Cena, CM Punk would immediately go to John Cena first saying he doesn't need his help, that he's fine on his own and has to prove take care of things on his own. CM Punk would then lay out the challenge to Paul Heyman for the WWE Championship to be defended again to Brock Lesnar, and even suggested it for Raw that night! Paul Heyman would disagree on the time, saying his client, and rubbing in Lesnar's been his lifelong best friend, that Brock Lesnar wants it to be on October 27th instead at the Hell in a Cell PPV, in just that type of match, Hell in a Cell! CM Punk would think of what he's getting into, but not long enough, accepting of the challenge. Could we see Drew McIntyre cash in after the big main event, as surely neither man will be in one peace afterwards? Confirmed Match: CM Punk(c) vs. Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman inside Hell in a Cell for the WWE ChampionshipAfter costing him a world title win on October 6th at Battleground, Drew McIntyre would shift his focus on John Cena, who had returned that night to prevent such a thing from happening. Drew McIntyre would challenge John Cena to the Hell in a Cell PPV, and Cena wouldn't think twice about accepting. John Cena called out Drew's tactics to win the WWE Championship, and said he was one to cash in that briefcase once and made sure it was with dignity and honor that the world title deserves, though McIntyre was quick to remind Cena that was the reason he was the only man to never successfully cash it in. McIntyre would orchestrate attacks, testing the shoulder that sidelined John Cena since February. McIntyre vows to land "The Champ" out of action once again, threatening him having to miss another WrestleMania! With Cena taking it hard missing WrestleMania 29, this could be the motivation John Cena needs to take it to the Money in the Bank holder. Confirmed Match: Drew McIntyre vs. John CenaThough McIntyre couldn't cash in his Money in the Bank contract at Battleground, Wade Barrett sure did, and was successful in beating Dolph Ziggler! The former champion wouldn't waste time before announcing his rematch at Hell in a Cell, calling for it moments after he lost the world title to Barrett, saying he was "robbed". While Wade Barrett appeared at Raw, Vickie Guerrero would make his life miserable, though William Regal was the fair man in all he did. This caught the attention of Vince McMahon, telling Vickie to stop her antics, and if he had a feeling the favoritism would continue, he'd find it to get the board siding to have a second new General Manager before 2013 was over. Dolph Ziggler would go on to complain about how unfair Wade Barrett was, and he was in no shape to compete, and that's when Chris Jericho stepped into the mix, reminding Ziggler he did the same thing to him at Extreme Rules. Chris Jericho said he hopes Wade Barrett retains the title, and this formed a bond between the former NXT pro and rookie. Y2J promises to escort Wade Barrett to the ring for his first title defense, while Dolph Ziggler demands Team Rhodes Scholars to do the same. Confirmed Match: Wade Barrett(c) w/Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler w/Team Rhodes Scholars for the World Heavyweight ChampionshipThe feud between Daniel Bryan and Kane, former tag team partners in Team Hell No, continued to draw out, even with Daniel Bryan winning at Battleground. Bryan said he's still not satisfied, and won't until he absolutely embarrasses Kane like he did to him by losing their titles. Kane would response with vengeance on his mind, warning Bryan if he wanted to test the flames of hell, he'd be happy to dip Bryan into them! Kane would then come to the arena the next week clarifying his statement, wanting an Inferno Match, the first since 2006, where Kane won. Daniel Bryan would do his research and say Kane's competed in every Inferno Match in the WWE, but has a 1-3 record in the matches, and Daniel Bryan says he'll be the one to make it 1-4. Confirmed Match: Daniel Bryan vs. Kane in an Inferno MatchFeeling like the odds weren't in his favor, Alberto Del Rio wasn't done with Randy Orton. Del Rio would challenge Orton to a match at Hell in a Cell, INSIDE the Hell in a Cell prison! Randy Orton would laugh and what makes him think he can beat him, and Del Rio said he wouldn't have the lapdog Triple H in. Randy Orton would be offended and said he'd accept! The two would outwit the other, costing each other matches, all to be boiling over into a brawl that had to be separated by security, unsuccessfully, and had to draw guys from the back to help. These two will tear each other apart in Miami! Confirmed Match: Alberto Del Rio vs. Randy Orton inside Hell in a CellAfter The Shield beat Nexus in 6-man tag action at Battleground, David Otunga felt the odds weren't in his favor, so he plans on going all out at Hell in a Cell. Otunga said he wants the WWE Tag Team Champions by his side, Justin Gabriel and Michael McGillicutty. Otunga said Alex Riley and Big E still have things to learn, which is okay. The Shield asked them why they'd get another match, because they indeed proved they were the best faction. David Otunga says he's thought of a concept, approved by Vickie Guerrero, and thought they might want to be apart of the first ever "Escape Hell Match". Otunga explained since the Cell structure will already be there, they'll have a 6-man tag team match inside Hell in a Cell, but the way to win isn't by pinfall or submission, but only after every member of the team "escapes hell". The Shield would think of it there and accept to be apart of history. Confirmed Match: The Shield vs. Nexus in an Escape Hell MatchAJ Lee and Kaitlyn, once best friends, have had their differences ever since Kaitlyn turned on AJ in her darkest hour. Kaitlyn would win the match at Night of Champions, and their match at Battleground was cancelled due to AJ Lee's concussion symptoms. AJ Lee returned eight nights after the Battleground PPV, attacking Kaitlyn and making it known she's coming for her ex-bestie. Confirmed Match: AJ Lee vs. KaitlynNatalya's dominance since WrestleMania was perfect! She had went through all there was in the divas division, and was well aware of that. However, a dangerous duo known to the divas division would return, and not to Natalya's amusement. Nikki and Brie, the Bella Twins, would make their return to WWE after a long hiatus, last seen on April 30th when they failed to regain the Divas Championship from Layla, and now they're here to gain it back! Natalya would feud with the Bella Twins, who came back as fan favorites, but nobody knows who will actually challenge for the WWE Divas Championship at Hell in a Cell. Confirmed Match: Natalya(c) vs. Brie or Nikki for the Divas ChampionshipLuke Harper gained the Intercontinental Championship from Big Show after Show spent 182 days with the title, half a year, and this on Luke Harper's debut match on PPV. Big Show would have one thing on his mind, and that's regaining the title that made him relevant in 2013, and Bray Wyatt was happy to sacrifice his Prodigal Son at Hell in a Cell. Bray Wyatt was so confident, he might have dug Harper in too big of a hole. Wyatt would tell Big Show that Luke's the new monster on the WWE circuit, and says to prove that unknown fact, he'll put a 5-minute time limit on the match. Bray said if Luke can't beat Big Show in 5 minutes, he'll hand the title back over. Big Show liked the idea, as Luke Harper seemed unfazed by it, probably just as confident he can pull it off, beating the challenger in less than five minutes on PPV night. Confirmed Match: Luke Harper(c) w/Bray Wyatt vs. Big Show for the Intercontinental ChampionshipAntonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno would wrestle a couple matches against each other back in September, splitting the two, but they seemed to have amazing chemistry inside the ring. The two would then realize that they are two amazing talents looked past, and they should do something about it. They'd form the tag team and not even have a name, but was recognized as "Ohno & Cesaro". They would win a few tag matches together, and as a matter of fact, haven't lost since forming this bond! They have their first opportunity to perform on Sundays with each other, in the preshow match versus The Usos, by far their toughest task yet. Cesaro and Ohno would then name their tag team, realizing it was time, and they settled on their name Squared Ring Court. Confirmed Match: Squared Ring Court vs. The Usos

[1] - Michael McGillicutty would be first to escape, then Justin Gabriel, and the 3-on-1 assault on David Otunga would occur. Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins would leave, and a brawl broke out on the outside. As they left, the door was left open enough for Big E to come in and attack Dena Ambrose. David Otunga would exit last.[2] - Brie Bella would step in the ring to challenge Natalya, but Natalya would find herself on the outside and she'd upset Natalya to get her to attack him, causing the disqualification.

What led to Survivor Series 2013?WWE Champion CM Punk overcame it all when he beat the Beast Incarnate inside Hell in a Cell, and with proving Paul Heyman chose the wrong man, Punk now has to focus on his next opponent, but who could possibly step up after nearly two years for CM Punk as WWE Champion? A tournament would commence, and it went to the semifinals on Raw, where Ryback and Alberto Del Rio would end up winning their respective battles, and either of these men will be competing for the WWE Championship at one of the four biggest PPVs of the year, Survivor Series! Confirmed Match: CM Punk(c) vs. Ryback or Alberto Del Rio for the WWE ChampionshipWhen an 8-man tournament was announced to determine the new #1 contender for the WWE Championship, two men stepped up. Ryback would clear through David Otunga and former World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler to advance to the finals at Survivor Series. Alberto Del Rio would have the path of Rey Mysterio and Jack Swagger to get to this point. This means that Ryback will wrestle Alberto Del Rio at Survivor Series in the tournament finals, with the winner going on later in the night to face CM Punk for the WWE Championship. Confirmed Match: Alberto Del Rio vs. Ryback for a WWE Championship MatchBig Show, after losing to Luke Harper in less than 5 minutes at Survivor Series in his rematch, would quickly erase that from his memory. Big Show would go on SmackDown, interrupting World Heavyweight Champion Wade Barrett, and applauded him for going from an Intercontinental Champion earlier in the year, and now being the World Heavyweight Champion. Big Show would offer a match at Survivor Series between the two, and hoping he could do the same. Wade would refuse, and Big Show would then remind him of WrestleMania, where Big Show beat Wade Barrett for the Intercontinental Championship, and Show called Wade out on being scared of history repeating itself. Wade Barrett spoke out of anger that if Big Show were to beat anyone from the back, he'll defend the world title against him at Survivor Series. And as a matter of fact, Wade Barrett called anyone out to compete with Big Show in a #1 contenders match. Later that night, Tyson Kidd would accept the call, even with the size difference. Wade, who watched from ringside, actually tried helping Tyson win the match, but Big Show would still chokeslam Kidd and stare Wade Barrett down. Barrett would try to get the better of Big Show, and he only got him down once, but it wasn't for long as Big Show would get back up and choke the World Heavyweight Champion two nights before Survivor Series. Confirmed Match: Wade Barrett(c) vs. Big Show for the World Heavyweight ChampionshipIn the Nexus and Shield rivalry, both factions agreed things had to come to an end, as they've been fighting for months now pretty evenly, and need a deciding factor, and what better way to do it than Survivor Series?! David Otunga would challenge The Shield to a Traditional Survivor Series Match, but pointed out The Shield only had 3 members. Dean Ambrose would say they only need 3 men to exile the Nexus from existence! Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins would calm Dean Ambrose down, knowing the significance of finding two solid partners. Luckily, the night after Hell in a Cell, the Nexus and WWE Tag Team Champions Justin Gabriel and Michael McGillicutty would be triumphed by Squared Circle Court, Antonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno, and lose their rematch the SmackDown following, though with assistance from The Shield. The Shield would go to Antonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno, and though of Cesaro's problems in the past with The Shield, he's agreed to put it aside for Survivor Series. Confirmed Match: The Shield and Squared Circle Court vs. Nexus in a Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series MatchAfter Luke Harper retained the Intercontinental Championship against Big Show at Survivor Series, Bray Wyatt would not forget to promote that Harper had 19 seconds to spare. Bray Wyatt would have the genius(?) idea of using those 19 seconds to prove Luke Harper's not only as great as he says he is, but he's also got the best surviving skills in the WWE. Bray Wyatt would issue an open battle royal to 19 men, saying Luke Harper will defend the Intercontinental Championship in a 20-Man Battle Royal at the PPV in Boston. Confirmed Match: Luke Harper(c) competes in a 20-Man Battle Royal for the Intercontinental ChampionshipJohn Cena was in the 8-man tournament, trying to decide the #1 contender for the WWE Championship. And in it with Jack Swagger, Cena had him up with the Attitude Adjustment, and swung Swagger, accidentally knocking the referee down. John Cena would then be ambushed from behind by Mr. Money in the Bank, Drew McIntyre, being hit in the back of the head with the briefcase. McIntyre would even hit a Future Shock DDT on the briefcase for good measure, helping Jack Swagger advance in the tournament, but keeping Cena away from the WWE Championship. Drew McIntyre would explain his actions by bringing up John Cena costing him his first WWE Championship victory two months ago, and at Survivor Series he got even. McIntyre said he doesn't get even, he one-ups everyone he meets, and now John Cena has been cost his WWE Championship. John Cena wouldn't take too kindly to this, and because of McIntyre's actions, the two will face off once again at Survivor Series. Confirmed Match: Drew McIntyre vs. John CenaDolph Ziggler, removed from his World Heavyweight Championship loss, will be captaining a Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series team. He'll be opposing Team Jericho, as Chris Jericho was there for Wade's successful title defense at Hell in a Cell. Ziggler blamed Jericho for the loss, and Vickie Guerrero helped make the match official. Dolph Ziggler would instantly add Team Rhodes Scholars, and he'd also bring on Jack Swagger and Mark Henry. Chris Jericho would only be able to add Kane and Jeff Jarrett, leaving two spots unknowing to anyone entering TD Garden. Confirmed Match: Team Ziggler (Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, Team Rhodes Scholars) vs. Team Jericho (Chris Jericho, Jeff Jarrett, Kane, ?, ?) in a Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series MatchNatalya, after sneaking her way out of losing her title to Brie Bella at Survivor Series, has found herself in facing a Bella once again. This time? Brie will watch ringside as Nikki Bella tries to dethrone the Queen of Harts. Brie Bella seems to be very supportive, even after Nikki unintentionally got her disqualified, but Brie says she knows the ultimate goal to take the title off of Natalya, and she'll be there at Survivor Series when it happens. Confirmed Match: Natalya(c) vs. Nikki Bella w/Brie Bella for the Divas ChampionshipWith a match up on each other, AJ Lee and Kaitlyn finally have a chance to settle the score between each other. This time, they'll be captaining their own teams for a Traditional Survivor Series Match! Divas Cameron, Naomi, Layla, and Tamina Snuka would all side with AJ in her rivalry with Kaitlyn, while Aksana, Alicia Fox, Rosa Mendes, and newcomer Paige would be introduced as the 5th member of Team Kaitlyn, right after AJ was attacked by Paige, and Kaitlyn called Paige "her new bestie". Paige will be making her WWE in-ring debut at Survivor Series in this matchup. Confirmed Match: Team AJ (AJ Lee, Cameron, Naomi, Layla, Tamina Snuka) vs. Team Kaitlyn (Kaitlyn, Aksana, Alicia Fox, Rosa Mendes, Paige) in a Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Match

What led to WWE: Tables, Ladders and Chairs? When John Cena returned after a torn shoulder labrum suffered back in February that took him out of the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match, he saved the WWE Champion from an unfortunate cash-in by Drew McIntyre. Sacrificing himself for the right thing, this led to a couple months with a feud with Drew McIntyre. During this time, CM Punk put away Brock Lesnar and he also defeated the winner of an 8-man tournament, someone who he's had trouble defeating on his own in the past, Ryback. The night after Survivor Series, CM Punk celebrated his 2-year reign as the WWE Champion. While this was an amazing feat, the first person to walk out and congratulate Punk was John Cena. John Cena's speech towards CM Punk was interrupted by Vickie Guerrero, announcing John Cena as the #1 contender for the WWE Championship at the PPV in a TLC Match. This made CM Punk skeptical of Cena, wondering if he knew beforehand, and how much of his speech was true. This would enrage CM Punk, and once a respect between the two growing, CM Punk would snap and lay out his challenger six nights before Tables, Ladders and Chairs. Confirmed Match: CM Punk(c) vs. John Cena in a TLC Match for the WWE ChampionshipLeading his team to a big victory against The Shield, David Otunga's ego was higher than cloud nine at this point. Otunga would then approach the World Heavyweight Champion and former Nexus leader, and saw about getting a shot at Wade's gold. Wade Barrett wasn't fond of the idea, but William Regal overhearing the conversation, thought he might give Otunga a look. David Otunga, in a regular one-on-one match, would defeat Sheamus. This captured Regal's admiration, as he'd make the match for TLC. Wade Barrett, however, would be on the wrong end of vicious beatdowns by Nexus, orchestrated by David Otunga himself, who is hoping to close in on a world title reign, something Wade Barrett could never bring to Nexus. This match was designated to be a Ladder one, requested by the champion himself, who won the Money in the Bank briefcase earlier in 2013 that way. Confirmed Match: Wade Barrett(c) vs. David Otunga in a Ladder Match for the World Heavyweight ChampionshipAlberto Del Rio was finally pushed over the edge when Randy Orton would cost him an opportunity at the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. Del Rio would try to rip Orton's head off every chance he got, and Triple H didn't have to shoot hard to get Del Rio ticked. The match for the two were set at TLC in a Tables Match, and before TLC would arrive, Ricardo Rodriguez made his emotional return, Rodriguez surprising Del Rio after his victory over Drew McIntyre. Ricardo Rodriguez hasn't been around in months, ever since Orton and Triple H took Ricardo out of the picture. Confirmed Match: Alberto Del Rio w/Ricardo Rodriguez vs. Randy Orton w/Triple H in a Tables MatchBig E scored perhaps the biggest fall of his career, by pinning the United States Champion Roman Reigns in their Survivor Series Match in the Nexus-Shield feud. This would put Big E right in line for an United States Championship match, which he had five nights after Survivor Series. Unfortunately, Big E was unsuccessful, but Big E had taken enough out of Roman Reigns for Alex Riley to go out and attack Roman Reigns after the match. David Otunga would look at his men, saying he's fine with either going after Roman's title, but they have to settle it on their own. Alex Riley would defeat Big E by a small package pin, but would shake hands and reconcile afterwards, as Alex Riley looks to strip Roman of his United States Championship, something Otunga did once already back in the summer. Confirmed Match: Roman Reigns(c) vs. Alex Riley for the United States ChampionshipAfter The Shield trusted Squared Circle Court to team with them at Survivor Series, though Ambrose didn't see the need, the team of Cesaro and Ohno would betray that trust and eventually lead to The Shield's humiliating loss. Ambrose wouldn't let it go, nor would Seth Rollins, as they'd get to the tag team champs. They said the titles didn't matter, and Ambrose didn't want them on the line, but all they wanted was them in a Demolition Derby Match! This means that anything from tables, ladders, and chairs could be used countless times until a pinfall or submission occurs. Cesaro and Ohno accepted this challenge, as tensions will be high come the TLC PPV. Confirmed Match: Squared Circle Court vs. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in a Demolition Derby MatchBray Wyatt would cut a promo, instead of in his normal rocking chair, in a normal steel chair to send a message out, that Luke Harper wants to defend his Intercontinental Championship at TLC in a Chairs Match. Bray offered it to anyone in the world, and then a week later, Bray Wyatt would come and sit down in the same steel chair, waiting for someone to answer.. And so they did! ROB VAN DAM! Rob Van Dam headed to the ring, one of the ECW originals, and he accepted this challenge. However, we got a little sneak preview before the actual thing, as the two flooded the Raw ring area with chairs, attacking each other with them. Bray Wyatt would then get involved so Luke Harper could have the edge and the momentum going into TLC. Confirmed Match: Luke Harper(c) w/Bray Wyatt vs. Rob Van Dam in a Chairs Match for the Intercontinental ChampionshipAJ Lee and Kaitlyn have had differences since SummerSlam, where Kaitlyn turned her back on AJ Lee and these two haven't settled since. They each won a match versus each other, and then they went to Survivor Series and hosted their own teams. Though AJ Lee would actually make Kaitlyn submit, Kaitlyn's team would win by rookie Paige, in her WWE in-ring debut, winning the match for her team by hitting Paige-Turner on AJ. Kaitlyn and AJ Lee vow to settle things at TLC once and for all, and Kaitlyn's put an ingredient in the witch's pot, by saying she'll bring her new best friend Paige to ringside with her. Confirmed Match: AJ Lee vs. Kaitlyn w/PaigeThe Divas Champion Natalya had gotten by the returning Bella Twins, thanks to a couple disqualifications at the last two Pay-Per-Views, Hell in a Cell and Survivor Series. But, her good luck then might have turned into even worse bad luck now, because Vickie Guerrero wants to see a triple threat at TLC, plotting Brie and Nikki Bella as opponents, gunning for the Divas Championship of Natalya's. Right before the PPV, The Bella Twins would settle their difference and say they're now focused on their goal to begin with, making sure Natalya is no longer Divas Champion, and whoever walks out with the title, will have the other sister's full support. Confirmed Match: Natalya(c) vs. Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella for the Divas ChampionshipChristian returned at Survivor Series to be in the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match, trying to help Chris Jericho. When he was in the ring, he was the first man eliminated from his team, but not without a rake to the eyes and a Cross-Rhodes by the one Cody Rhodes. Now, Christian wants revenge on what he says a "dirty play", and he'll be getting that on the preshow, when he goes one-on-one with Cody Rhodes. And since Damien Sandow will be in support of Cody, Chris Jericho's decided to return the favor for Christian, considering he came back from an injury to compete at Survivor Series alongside Y2J. Confirmed Match: Cody Rhodes w/Damien Sandow vs. Christian w/Chris Jericho [/center]

Rob Van Dam is understood to have a short-term deal, which is likely up after the Extreme Rules 2014 Pay-Per-View.
