Peyton Manning will announce his retirement tomorrow Yeah, I figured. It'd be hard imagining him play another year with his body now, and the Broncos winning a Super Bowl took any chance of that away. One of the best ever and probably the hardest working NFL quarterback of all-time. I'd love to see Peyton in as a GM one day, see how he does with his work ethic.

I beat you to the punch, my friend, and if that resembles anything to what happens this week, you might lose out on a couple of your guys. rebelliouswrestling.proboards.com/post/13372/thread

Professor Berch, nice mock draft, sorry I'm just now replying to it.. I disagree with some players going as low as you have them, or as high (Nkemdiche). I'm out on Nkemdiche with his off the field troubles, and then trying to place the blame on Laremy Tunsil at the Combine. And I feel we'd draft Joey Bosa before we would DeForest Buckner, as a Cowboys fan, but other than that, very nice.

There's always a team that will take Nkemdiche despite his off field issues, and the Bears need to take some kind of chance. There are other players I felt were waiting too long even as I was doing it, most specifically Ezekiel Elliot. The earliest I see him going is #10 to the Giants, but he's #5 on my board. And I feel like the its really a toss up between Buckner and Bosa for whoever goes DE first. I rank Buckner higher, so thats what I went with.

I just believe that Bosa's a better fit for Dallas' system than Buckner, is what I was going by... And who knows, maybe Dallas takes a risk and selects Elliot number four. And I see Nkemdiche dropping to the second round, maybe totally out, honestly. If La'el Collins could go undrafted for just being interviewed by the police, I would think Nkemdiche's stock would drop big time.

There was also the fact that La'el Collins said he wouldn't sign with a team if he wasn't drafted before the third round or so. So after he fell that far, he fell out of the draft. Nkemdiche, I think, will be worth the risk to some teams, and has the talent to be a first rounder. Second round is more likely, but he's high enough on my board for me to put him in the first.

I'm just saying, a team better be careful taking him. Gregory had his issues and Dallas took him in the second round, and now he's got a 4-game suspension on his hands the team has to deal with, and Gregory never even threw another teammate under the bus like Nkemdiche did. You know my stance and where I stand on Robert Nkemdiche, so I won't add on, but would you like the Eagles to draft him if he slips to the 2nd or 3rd round?

Currently, we have no 2nd round pick, but if we had our's, I wouldn't want him in the 2nd. 3rd, I'd be fine with the risk there, since he won't be making close to 1st round money. I wouldn't want him, but I'd be fine.

Redskins release RG3 and Jason Hatcher, and have scheduled a visit with free agent DE Chris Long.
Eagles are preparing a deal to trade Byron Maxwell to the Dolphins, a team who has restructured deals to make the room.
Giants have scheduled a visit with free agent DE Mario Williams.
And the Cowboys have made no noise yet.

And the Cowboys have made no noise yet. Jerry Jones isn't one to do much in free agency. Noise probably won't be made by the Cowboys until a day, at least, into free agency. As for the other moves, I think they all make sense. Obviously, RG3 needed to be gone, and using the 5th Year Option was the worst thing they did. Byron Maxwell is payed like a Superstar, but plays like an average CB. Getting rid of that contract will be good for us. Mario Williams will be a HUGE upgrade for the Giants, who DESPERATELY need a pass rush.

Some big developments going down now... The Eagles, Jigsaw and Professor Berch, have put a few players on the trade block (per Ian Rapaport): CB Byron Maxwell LB Kiko Alonso RB Ryan Mathews RB DeMarco Murray Apparently, the Eagles are trying to include Alonso in a potential trade that would seen Byron Maxwell to the Miami Dolphins... Interesting to see how this develops.
