West Regional #6 Texas vs. #11 Northern Iowa
Northern Iowa put up a great fight in the first half, even leading several times and the end of the half came with a score of 37-32 in favor of Texas.
The second half saw Northern Iowa fall behind early and they were just not able to come back and Texas managed to notch a 73-62 victory.

West Regional #3 Texas A&M vs. #14 Green Bay
The first half was pretty much dominated by Texas A&M but Green Bay did show flashes of brilliance and the half ended with a 43-29 lead for Texas A&M.
The second half saw Texas A&M struggle but they managed to pull it together near the end to get the 67-59 victory.

West Regional #7 Oregon State vs. #10 VCU
VCU dominated from the opening tip and never looked back, showing why they should have been seeded much higher than #10 and finished the half with a commanding 46-30 lead.
The second half was somewhat similar to the first but Oregon State muscled their way back into the game near the end and tied it at 71-71 to send the game into overtime.
Overtime came and Oregon State stepped it up and nailed a game winning 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds remaining to take the game 83-80 and avoid the upset.

West Regional #2 Oklahoma vs. #15 Cal State Bakersfield
Oklahoma looked in championship form in the first half and quickly jumped out to a large lead and never looked back as the first half finished in a 37-16 lead for Oklahoma.
The second half was just as dominant as the first for Oklahoma as they continued their domination en route to winning the game 93-49.

Not many upsets brewing this tournament, huh? I'm so glad the Longhorns did beat Northern Iowa though, and by double digits too. #ShakaShakaSmart

East Regional #1 North Carolina vs. #16 Florida Gulf Coast
The first half saw 2015 Champions North Carolina show that they could repeat this year but Florida Gulf Coast tried their hardest and ended the half down 37-29 to North Carolina.
The second half saw Florida Gulf Coast roar to life to try to pull off the biggest upset in tournament history but North Carolina managed to hold them off until the end of the half in a 73-73 tie.
Overtime saw North Carolina finally manage to pick it up and escape the upset 84-80.

East Regional #8 USC vs. #9 Providence
This was an extremely close first half that saw both teams have leads and the half ended in a 39-36 lead for Providence.
The second half was much like the first as both teams played very well and kept it tied or within 2 points for the majority but in the closing minutes, USC put on the after burners and managed to pull out the 83-76 victory.

East Regional #5 Indiana vs. #12 Chattanooga
Indiana was not messing around in the first half as they quickly jumped out to a big lead and Chattanooga quickly fell out of the game and were down 42-21 at the end of the half.
The second half was much of the same as Indiana kept up the pressure and ended up winning the game 80-53.

East Regional #4 Kentucky vs. #13 Stony Brook
Kentucky looked extremely dominant in the first half as they were sinking 3s left and right and Stony Brook struggled to get any offense. The half ended with a 36-19 lead for Kentucky.
Kentucky kept up the great shooting night in the second half and rode the momentum to an easy 73-59 victory.

East Regional #6 Notre Dame vs. #11 Michigan
Michigan looked surprisingly in championship form and Notre Dame struggled early on and Michigan took full advantage of this and came out of the half with a 32-26 lead.
The second half saw Michigan continue to pile onto the lead and Notre Dame was not able to mount any sort of comeback and Michigan took the shocking 77-69 upset victory.

East Regional #3 West Virginia vs. #14 Stephen F. Austin
West Virginia came out of the gate full force and Stephen F. Austin fell way behind incredibly early and after the first half, West Virginia had a huge 43-24 lead.
The second half saw Stephen F. Austin chip away at West Virginia's lead, sinking 3 after 3 and West Virginia all but collapsed as Stephen F. Austin came out with a huge 69-64 upset victory!

East Regional #7 Wisconsin vs. #10 Pittsburgh
Wisconsin looked extremely timid and shaky in the opening half and Pittsburgh took advantage to dominate the first half and come out of it with a nice 37-26 lead.
The second half saw Wisconsin try to muscle their way back in but Pittsburgh managed to shut them down at every opportunity and come away with the 71-66 victory.

East Regional #2 Xavier vs. #15 Weber State
Following the top seeds of the majority of the East falling, experts predicted Xavier would do the same but that wasn't the case as they completely dominated the half and came out with a 46-27 lead.
The second half saw Xavier continue to pile it on with Weber State showing flashes of brilliance but it simply was not enough as Xavier took the victory 91-73.

Midwest Regional #1 Virginia vs. #16 Hampton
Hampton really didn't put up much of a fight against the #1 seed as Virginia pulled away very early and ended the half with a 37-15 lead.
The second half saw much of the same as Virginia continued their route of Hampton and came out with a 97-49 victory.
