As you probably all know, the 9th Wonder of the World, Chyna passed away earlier this morning at only the age of 45. I was in shock when I read the news when I woke up this morning. Not only was she so young but she left an incredible mark on the world of wrestling that will still be felt for years and years to come. She was the original "women's revolution" and she kicked down doors and broke barriers for all women that would become wrestlers. She was the original badass of women's wrestling and entertained wrestling fans worldwide for years and for that, I am forever grateful. We all have our vices, addictions and struggles in life and I just hope that she can find the peace that eluded her for so long in life. Rest in Peace Joanie, we'll miss you.

Judging her on her wrestling credentials, she was different than what we've ever seen, and people have tried to recreate it, but it simply doesn't work. For whatever reason, she was special. I'm currently going through the Attitude Era Raws now and she's been involved in matches and storylines where a simple petite manager wouldn't be able to pull off.
With that said, though I'm sad she passed (it comes for all of us), I don't see WWE suddenly letting her in the Hall of Fame, and I don't blame them for keeping it away from her either. I truly hope she turned her life around before this though.

Apparently cameras were rolling for the documentary when they found her body. The footage will of course never be released, as it shouldn't.

RIP Chyna, you paved ways for many woman that we have seen today in wrestling and kicking ass. This is sad and broke my heart cause at one point in time as a child I had a thing for her. I may not speak much about her but I do love her. She is sweet and kind. Fuck Triple H for shitting on her on the podcast a year ago. My prayers goes to Chyna's family and friends.

Mick Foley put it perfectly:
"So next year, when the announcements are made, if Chyna is not an inductee, don't be sad. The real Hall of Fame is inside all of us. It's a Hall of Fame based on the way superstars made us feel, the smiles they produced, the memories they created for us, the legacies they forged that will stand the test of time. By that standard, Joanie Laurer - Chyna; the 9th Wonder of the World was inducted into the Hall that really matters - our hall of memories - a long, long time ago."
