POST GAME REPORT
All 3 Jets QBs played well each throwing a touchdown and no interception. Elijah McGuire was the MVP of the day, with both a rushing and receiving touchdown. The Jets benefited from Brad Kaaya's accuracy issues in the second half, leading to drives stalling out quickly. Ladarius Green through 2 games has 1 catch and no yards, meaning he may lose the presumed starter spot to Austin Sefarian-Jenkins, who caught two big passes in this game, or rookie Jordan Leggett, who impressed this game.

PRESEASON WEEK 3
NEWS
Jets WR Devin Smith came into the season with a Torn ACL, and has officially been placed on IR. San Francisco 49ers sign TE Gary Barnidge. New York Giants sign TE Jacob Tamme. Arizona Cardinals sign WR Stevie Johnson. Houston Texans trade 2018 4th Round Pick to New Orleans Saints for DT David Onyemata. Denver Broncos trade 2018 3rd Round Pick and 2018 7th Round Pick to San Francisco 49ers for RE Aaron Lynch. New Orleans Saints trade CB P.J. Williams and 2019 7th Round Pick to Green Bay Packers for ROLB Clay Matthews.
KEY GAME STORYLINES
-While the Jets are considered the away team this week, this game will be played on even ground, as the Jets “visit” the Giants. Both teams call MetLife Stadium home, and this is a rare matchup for that reason.
-The talk in the Jets facility centers around TE. Ladarius Green has been held to 1 catch for 0 yards over two games, but the starters will play for 3 quarters this week. If Green doesn’t show the potential he showed behind Antonio Gates when with the Chargers, then he may be demoted to second or even third string. Austin Sefarian-Jenkins and Jordan Leggett are now battling for the #1 spot along with Green.
-The Giants have a top tier offense and defense, and the Jets will look to cancel out Odell Beckham. Curiously, the Giants drafted Evan Engram and then signed Jacob Tamme, so there may be a TE battle brewing there as well.
-This is the time of year where no team wants injuries, and both New York teams have stayed injury-free through the preseason. The only injury between them is Devin Smith’s Torn ACL, which happened before the start of preseason.

POST GAME REPORT
This was a sloppy game all-round from the Jets. The highlights of the day are Buster Skrine's interception of Eli Manning, and a Charone Peake 105 yard kickoff return to start the half, that was called back due to a block in the back from Jordan Leggett. Ladarius Green caught 4 passes for 43 yards, including one where he laid out for a slightly overthrown pass. McCown would start to drive, but stall, and Bryce Petty didn't get much done aside from a rushing TD. The Giants were able to stay on the ground, using Shane Vereen and Paul Perkins a lot, and keeping Eli down to few passes. This is what it looks like when the Jets started face another team's starters, and it doesn't look hopeful.

CUT DAY
The Jets must cut 21 players to trim down to the 53 Man Roster. The following players have been cut or assigned to the Practice Squad.
HB Jordan Todman Todman did not play for the Jets in the preseason. He has had issues holding on to the ball in the past.

NEWS
n/a
KEY GAME STORYLINES
-The Jets open the regular season with 2 games on the road, the first of which is a divisional matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
-The Jets starters had their moments in preseason, but didn’t shot a lot. The offense seemingly goes through the ground game.
-There are a few key players in this matchup. For the Jets, it’ll be Josh McCown, and how well he can do not only today, but on the season. For the Bills, LeSean McCoy is inured, and they will have to rely on Joe Banyard and Jonathan Williams. The Jets will have to watch out for Sammy Watkins the Bills #1 WR.
-The Jets will be without WR Devin Smith, who is on IR, and DT Deon Simon, who will miss 4 weeks. The Bills. The Bills will be without star HB LeSean McCoy, as well as backup ROLB Ian Seau.

POST GAME RECAP
The Jets started hot, and went wildly cold. Scoring on the first two drives of the game, and only mustering 2 field goals the rest of the game. Matt Forte couldn’t get going, and Josh McCown struggled with accuracy, as well as taking way too many sacks. The defense also didn’t seem to get going either, allowing the Bills to go up and down the field with ease. Not a great start to the season for the Jets.

The biggest news this week is the upset win of the Browns over the Steelers. The strangest part is that Pittsburgh outplayed Cleveland in almost every aspect of the game, the Browns only leading the Steelers in Kick Return Yards. Cody Kessler got the start for the Browns, notching 247 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 1 interception in 24 completions. Ben Roethlisberger only managed 1 touchdown in 26 completions, but had 303 passing yards. The Browns defense was able to stop the Steelers in field goal range twice, which was just enough, combined with Cody Kessler’s 3 touchdowns, to get the 1 point victory.
Otherwise, none of the other games could be considered a major surprise. The Chiefs defeating the Patriots and the Dolphins holding Tampa Bay to 9 points are points of interest.
NFC Offensive Player of the Week Cardinals QB Carson Palmer - 29-47, 418 Passing Yards, 3 TDs, 1 INT, 3 Carries, 10 Yards
NFC Defensive Player of the Week Seahawks MLB Bobby Wagner - 13 Tackles, 3 INT
AFC Offensive Player of the Week Bills QB Tyrod Taylor - 19-29, 383 Passing Yards, 3 TDs, 3 Carries, 13 Yards, 1 TD
AFC Defensive Player of the Week Dolphins RE William Hayes - 7 Tackles, 3 Sacks

KEY GAME STORYLINES
-After a pitiful display against the Bills, and Jets travel across the country to Oakland California, for a game against the Raiders.
-Matt Forte wasn't able to get much done on the ground last week, so all eyes will be on him, and if he can get it done this week.
-Last week, the Raiders put up 3 touchdowns on the ground, 2 of which were from Marshawn Lynch. The Jets will be looking for ways to stop the rejuvenated Beast Mode.
-The Jets allowed Tyrod Taylor the honor of AFC Offensive Player of the Week last week. The defense will have to play better in order to keep that honor away from Derek Carr.
