Road to Unforgiven
RAW: New Women's Champion Alexis Laree paraded around Raw claiming that she defeated the monster in Awesome Kong. Kong was slated for a rematch but suffered an injury and will miss an unspecified amount of time. Laree proclaimed that she would be the champion until the end of time but Trish Stratus would take exception to that and GM Shane McMahon booked the two in a match for Unforgiven.
The silent Jimmy Jacobs continued his run as the Cruiserweight Champion dispatching a number of great Cruiserweight talent until Shane McMahon decided that Jacobs would defend the title in a six-way match on the September 16, 2003 edition of Raw where he would lose to the man he defeated at SummerSlam, AJ Styles, however, he was not pinned. Styles would then be assaulted by the debuting Brian Kendrick who Shane stated was his new project and would be champion come Unforgiven.
Rhyno was demolished by former Intercontinental Champion Brock Lesnar on the Raw following his title win but Rhyno defeated him to retain the title the next week. Following this, Edge and Chris Jericho would both throw their names in the hat to become champion again and a triple threat match was booked for Unforgiven!
World Heavyweight Champion Shawn Michaels was assaulted by Kurt Angle who put him in the Ankle Lock and would not let go until Sting intervened and a tag team match pitting Shawn Michaels and Sting against Kurt Angle and his tag team partner...Mark Henry! was scheduled for Unforgiven.
SMACKDOWN: John Cena and Batista tried their hardest to regain the World Tag Team Championship but they couldn't as The Dudley Boyz proved too much for them. Former champions, The Un-Americans, however would arrive back on Smackdown and make their presence felt and challenged The Dudley Boyz to a TLC match for the titles at Unforgiven and the challenge was accepted!
Chris Benoit tried his damnedess to regain the United States Championship but Randy Orton would not allow it and defeated him at every step. That wasn't the case for Maven, however, who would step up and show that he should be champion and a match was scheduled for Unforgiven.
The Undertaker made his Smackdown debut planting Triple H with a Tombstone Piledriver. The two would engage in heated brawls before being booked in a match at Unforgiven.
Eddie Guerrero and JBL's feud continued past SummerSlam and a Texas Bullrope match for the championship was booked for Unforgiven.

tbh, this hasn't been my favorite booker of yours... But you're doing some amazing things in this booker, such as having Orton as United States Champion, which I personally thought he never should've bypassed, and you've also got AJ Styles in the Cruiserweight division, Edge as Intercontinental Champion now, and Eddie where he belongs.
Some really stacked cards recently though. SummerSlam and Bad Blood were two pretty great cards imo... Really don't see why you retire The Rock though, back at Judgment Day too. Someone of his caliber deserves WrestleMania or SummerSlam to go out, or even Survivor Series for that matter. I just thought The Rock could've had more matches for you, 5-star ones, for a few years.
This booker's interesting, considering you have people who wasn't in the WWE at the time, but who could've contributed very nicely. The aforementioned AJ Styles, Sting, Jimmy Jacobs, Awesome Kong, etc

Road to No Mercy
RAW: The reign of Alexis Laree as Women's Champion looked just about as dominant as Awesome Kong's first reign but Lita decided to step up and take a crack at Laree and Shane McMahon granted her a shot at the championship for No Mercy.
Jimmy Jacobs returned with a vengeance after losing his Cruiserweight Championship to AJ Styles and he brutally assaulted current champion Brian Kendrick and bloodied him before speaking for the first time in his WWE career and stating that he has yet to be pinned and will be the champion when he shows Kendrick...NO MERCY!
New Intercontinental Champion Edge made it known that he is the greatest IC champion in the history of the WWE because he has had the most reigns out of anyone! That's when his former tag team partner Christian made his WWE return to challenge Edge to a Ladder match at No Mercy for the championship which he accepted!
Sting laid his claim to a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship and Shawn Michaels agreed to take him on to determine who the real "Icon" is!
SMACKDOWN: The Un-Americans were not finished with their pursuit of the World Tag Team Championship and continued messing with The Dudley Boyz and they agreed to put their titles on the line one last time at No Mercy and if The Un-Americans win, they will never be able to challenge for the titles as long as the Dudleys are champions.
John Cena and Batista's short-lived tag team broke up when Batista turned his back on Cena and hit him with a Batista Bomb. The two would engage in a war that will culminate at the No Mercy pay-per-view!
Maven managed to get a rematch against Randy Orton for the United States Championship on the September 25, 2003 episode of Smackdown and he came out victorious to become the champion. Kane made his return to Smackdown to attack Maven the week after and a match was set up for No Mercy.
The Undertaker and Triple H continued feuding with both men claiming that they deserve a shot at the WWE Championship but Stephanie McMahon booked a triple threat match for No Mercy!
