Episode One: - Loved the early action. Jessica kicked ass! - Her daddy must have loved her to save her over himself - Again Jessica kicks ass LOVE IT - Trying to get her to do their dirty work. Bad Hydra Bad - Jared trying to act all friendly. ACT!
Episode Two: - Hydra suck at being sneaky. Carol knew before it even happened. Unless they wanted her to know. I don't know why they would but evil people do things weirdly so IDK. - Tasky is smart. He knew Jessica couldn't do it. Too bad she's bad ass and he can't do anything about that. - Again Jared trying to act all nicey-nice. Jessica is bad ass but she ain't too bright now is she! Falling for that! - Jessica showed her true colors. Good for her. Now time to take down Hydra!
Also when does Count Vermis get his ass kicked? I can't wait for that!

I really liked all three episodes so far. I like how you didn't rush into her being Spider-Woman and how you're setting uo the characters around her as well. I really don't know any of these characters except for maybe a couple but this is uncharted territory for me but you're keeping me interested which is something Marvel properties rarely do. Also, I'm not sold on the story she was told by Hydra being completely legitimate. Seems like there's going to be a lot going on with her trying to figure out her past and her present. Keep it up! I'll be reading.

Episode 4 - "Black(ed) Out!"
Picking up right where last episode left off. Spider-Woman and Blackout are running at each other, full head of steam! Blackout leaps into the air and dives at Spider-Woman! He tackles her into the ground and they both fall through the floor! Debris falls all over them. Blackout explodes to his feet. Spider-Woman is quickly up also, but she's knocked right back down as Blackout absolutely levels her with a closed fist to head. Spider-Woman falls onto her back. But she flips up to her feet and wipes away a trickle of blood from her mouth.
Blackout: "I can smell the taste of your blood!"
Blackout swings his clawed hands, but Spider-Woman ducks and dodges every swipe. She catches his arm and drives her elbow into the side of Blackout's elbow! Blackout yells in pain, and he viciously swings his good arm at Spider-Woman. Buf she again anticipates his every move and gets out of the way. Spider-Woman spins her leg around for a roundhouse kick, but Blackout catches her leg! He spins her around into a 360. Blackout thursts his hand out and wraps his hand around Spider-Woman's throat! He slams her up against the wall and lifts her up, attempting to choke the life out of her. Spider-Woman gasps for air as Blackout reaches his other hand out to apply more pressure.
Blackout: "You're a fighter... I'll give you that! But you're still so inexperienced!"
Spider-Woman: "Then... Maybe you should have seen this coming!"
Spider-Woman clasps her hands together and fires venom blast right into Blackout's chest! Blackout flies through a door and into another room. Spider-Woman falls to her hands and knees and coughs as she tries to regain her breath. She gets to her feet and goes after Blackout. She enters the room he fell into. It's a laundry room. She hear's a bunch of clangs and bangs, then hears a thud! Spider-Woman looks out the window, and Blackout has went down the laundry shoot and is escaping through the alley. Spider-Woman steps out of the window and onto the ledge of the building. She extends her arms out and reveals webbing attached to her suit. Spider-Woman leaps off the building and glides right at Blackout! He turns around to see Spider-Woman's boots nailing him right in the face! Blackout flies backwards and hits off the concrete hard. Spider-Woman hops to her feet and Blackout is out cold!
Spider-Woman: "I guess I'm not as inexperienced as you think..."
~End of Scene~
Detective Jefferson Davis has just finished up his work at the police station. Jefferson locks his office up and makes his way out to the parking lot behind the station. As he turns the corner to go to his car, he sees Blackout laying in front of it, tied up and knocked out. Jefferson quickly runs over and checks Blackout's pulse.
Spider-Woman: "Don't worry. He's alive. That's not how I prefer to do my work Detective. Killing isn't justice."
Jefferson quickly spins around with his gun drawn and Spider-Woman is standing just a few feet from him. She puts her hands up.
Spider-Woman: "I'm not here for trouble Detective Davis."
Jefferson: "Yeah? Than why do you wear that mask and outfit? What's there to hide?"
Spider-Woman: "Life, Detective. My life. And more importantly, the lives of others that know me."
Jefferson: "What's his story?"
Spider-Woman: "He calls himself Blackout. He was the one going around the city and preying on innocent bystanders! The one leaving bite marks... Now, now he's going to face justice."
Jefferson: "And what about you? ...Spider-Woman."
Spider-Woman: "I'm the justice they can never escape from."
Jefferson lowers his gun and Spider-Woman lowers her arms.
Spider-Woman: "There's still much work to be done in this city Detective. A couple of nights ago, I took down two bank robbers."
Jefferson: "Yeah... We found them in that alley way, the same way yoh left this sick bastard here. What about them?"
Spider-Woman: "One of them mentioned a name. Kingpin."
Jefferson's eyes widen.
Jefferson: "THE Kingpin? It's a death sentence if you think you can go after him. He owns the politicians, he has the money, Hell, he even owns over half the police force. The man is called Kingpin for a reason."
Spider-Woman: "But he doesn't own you. That's why I came to you, and you only. With your help Detective, I could stop him."
Jefferson: "Idon't even know who the Kingpin is. And if I did know his identity, I'd probably be dead because I don't work for him!"
Spider-Woman: "That's why I chose you. You're trustful. You want the best for this city."
Spider-Woman walks closer up to Jefferson and Blackout's body.
Jefferson: "I'll see what I can do on a name. In the mean time, this isn't how we should converse. I'm sure a sit down and tea isn't in your taste to meet up and talk."
Spider-Woman doesn't answer him. Jefferson sighs and looks down at Blackout.
Jefferson: "Look... I-"
Jefferson looks back up at Spider-Woman, but she has vanished! Jefferson throws his arms up and shakes his head. He looks back down at Blackout, whom is starting to wake up.
Jefferson: "So you think you're some type of vampire huh? Well where you're going, you won't ever have to worry about seeing the sun again."
Spider-Woman watches from afar as Jefferson walks Blackout into jail. She has a confident smile on her face, before leaping off a building and gliding into the night.
~End of Scene~
Its the next day and early in the morning. A business man is riding up an elevator. He has an almost emotionless look on his face as the doors open. He steps out of the elevator and two men who appear to be body guards are standing in front of a door. One of the body guards opens the door and the business man walks into a massive office, decorated with antiques and paintings. He walks towards a desk with a huge chair that is spun around, looking out the window to the city of San Francisco.
Business man: "The test subject failed. Police apprehended him late last night."
?: "The police didn't catch him. She did..."
Businessman: "She? Sir?"
?: "The vigilante they're calling Spider-Woman..."
Businessman: "Do you believe she is a threat? If she took down Blackout-"
The businessman is interrupted by the man in the chair.
?: "No."
There is an awkward silence between the two for a moment. The businessman swallows his spit and gulps.
Businessman: "What do you suppose we do? I can have the very best track this vigilante down and bring her to you at your feet!"
?: "That will not be necessary Wesley..."
The businessman is revealed to be James Wesley!
Wesley: "What is your plan?"
The man in the chair spins around to face Wesley. And it's Wilson Fisk! A.K.A. The Kingpin!
Fisk: "She will find us. And when she does, I will break her!"
Fisk and Wesley exchange sinister smirks.
~End of Scene~
Jessica is in her apartment, she has notes and newspapers all over her desk. All about the Kingpin. She is busy typing away and researching on her lap top as she talks to Lindsay on her cell.
Lindsay: "So! I know he can't walk and all, but I'm totally digging this new guy! I found out his name too! Scotty!"
Jessica continues scanning over her research.
Jessica: "Uh huh..."
Lindsay: "He's wonderful Jess! I think I'm going to introduce myself tomorrow after work. Do you think it's a good idea?!"
Jessica: "Yeah... Go for it..."
Jessica reads an article posted by a blogger turned news reporter, Maria Hill. It's about a man named Wilson Fisk.
Jessica: "Fisk..."
Lindsay: "What? Who? Jessica, who are you taking about?"
Jessica: "No one Linds. Go for it tomorrow and let me know how it goes!"
Lindsay: "Okay Jess! By the way are you alright? Everything okay? You just sound worn out."
Jessica: "I'm fine Lindsay. I'm just working on something. Trying to stay focused."
Lindsay laughs.
Lindsay: "You know, from the day we met, you've always seemed so focused. You're not focused on a guy are you? You said that one name... Fisk, I think it was!"
Jessica: "I'm not interested in anyone. I've already had my heart ripped out once before. I'm not exploring anything. Hey Linds, I really gotta run, I'll catch you later. Good luck with Scotty tomorrow.!"
Lindsay: "Thanks Jessica! I'll be sure to let you know how everything goes! Bye!"
Jessica: "Bye!"
Jessica hangs the phone up and she pins a picture of Wilson Fisk to her bulletin board.
Jessica: "Who are you Mr. Fisk?"
Jessica looks over at her suit and gear
~End of Scene~
Jefferson arrives home from work. He sits in his car for a moment, and he looks over at his passenger seat. A stack of evidence files sits beside him. Jefferson sighs and picks the files up and goes into his house. Jefferson heads into his kitchen and sets the files on the table, along with his cuffs, gun, and badge. Suddenly, Jefferson hears a noise coming from up stairs. He quickly grabs his gun and cautiously heads up stairs. He finds an open window in his hallway. Another loud thud is hear, then someone viciously is thrown through the wall and lands in front of Jefferson! Jefferson points his gun.
Jefferson: "Don't you move another damn muscle! Who are you!?"
The person is unconcious. He turns to the room with hole in the wall and Spider-Woman is standing in the room. Jefferson looks shocked but he lowers his weapon.
Jefferson: "What!? What the hell is this!?"
Spider-Woman: "The Kingpin... Whoever he is, he knows."
Jefferson: "He knows what!?"
Spider-Woman: "That you and I had a conversation about him last night. He knows I'm trying to figure him out."
Jefferson looks pissed.
Jefferson: "How dare you! If he knows we talked, and you knew that, you still showed up here tonight! At my home!"
Spider-Woman: "And you'd be dead if it wasn't for me showing up! This man is an assassin. An assassin the Kingpin sent to take you out!"
Jefferson's mood changes and he understands where Spider-Woman's point is coming from.
Jefferson: "Alright... What's our next move?"
She steps out of the room and walks into the hallway where Jefferson is.
Spider-Woman: "Kingpin is going to know his hitman failed."
Jefferson: "Wait? What? How?"
Spider-Woman: "Knowning his reputation, Kingpin will kill this man. And he is also not going to stop until he is able to kill us! Which is why I have to find him and stop him first."
Jefferson: "You? Well what about me? What can I do to help?"
She shakes her head.
Spider-Woman: "Nothing. The second he finds out you're alive, he will send another hitman. You need to lay low until I finish this."
Jefferson doesn't like the idea of having to stay low and hiding. He motions for Spider-Woman to follow him and the two head down to his kitchen. He picks the files up on the Kingpin and hands them to her.
Jefferson: "It's not my favorite idea. But it may be the best. Are you sure you know what you're doing?"
Spider-Woman: "Yes."
Spider-Woman glances over the files.
Jefferson: "That's everything we have on him... Be safe."
She nods and grins at him.
Spider-Woman: "You too Detective..."
Spider-Woman turns to leave.
Jefferson: "What you're doing... The law may not favor it, but it's the right thing. Thank you."
Spider-Woman stops for a moment. She turns and nods at him before leaving. Jefferson heads outside, and Spider-Woman has once again vanished.

Episode 5 - "Hunted"
A large crowd is gathering in front of SFPD. Media is piled in the front of it, and in front of them is a podium with a microphone. Police Captain, Jean DeWolff steps up to the podium.
Jean: "Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for coming here today. I have summoned this press conference because we have discovered evidence that one of our own is working with the masked vigilante known as Spider-Woman."
Members of the crowd start shouting in support of Spider-Woman, but there are some who are against her. Captain DeWolff motions for the crowd to quiet down.
Jean: "One of our lead detectives, Detective Jefferson Davis is suspected of aiding the vigilante. Now, we know some of you support what she's doing, but you must remember, Spider-Woman is not the law! And she must be stopped and she must face true justice!"
Jessica is in the crowd, near the back of it and watching the conference. She watches with a determined look on her face.
Jean: "Now this will become effective immediately! Anyone caught aiding the vigilante will be prosecuted with the same list of charges we plan to prosecute her with! That goes out to Jefferson Davis also! We have yet to discover his whereabouts, but we will find him! Citizens of San Fransico, we will keep you safe. The law will keep you safe. I give you my word... Thank you."
Captain DeWolff steps down and the media begins a question frenzy, but Jean ignores it and heads into the station. Jessica has an irritated look on her face and she walks off.
~End of Scene~
Wilson Fisk and Wesley are watching Captain DeWolff's press conference. As it finishes, Fisk turns off the television.
Wesley: "So that is why you keep DeWolff on the payroll..."
Fisk: "When there's a problem, there's always an answer."
Wesley: "What do we do now? Surely Spider-Woman and Detective Davis will be on the run. The police have already raided Davis' home. They won't have any where to hide."
Fisk: "Spider-Woman won't leave. That's not who she is. That's not what she stands for. She'll try harder. But she'll fall even harder at my feet!"
Wesley: "I have our new contact. He's due in tomorrow night. Would you like to meet him?"
Fisk: "Gladly. Thank you Wesley."
Wesley smiles and nods. He leaves Fisk's office and shuts the door behind him.
~End of Scene~
Sundown has just begun. The moon, hidden by dark clouds. Jessica stands at the top of a roof of a high rise, looking down at the streets below. She's in her Spider-Woman suit, but she doesn't have her mask pulled over. Jessica looks up at an even higher building. She looks focused as she pulls her mask on. Spider-Woman runs and leaps to the high building in front of her. She begins to ascend. She reaches a balcony and climbs over it. She peers through a window and it looks to be an apartment. Spider-Woman opens the balcony door and enters the apartment. Sitting in a chair in front of her is Captain DeWolff!
Jean: "I knew you'd come here."
Spider-Woman: "Than you know why I'm here..."
Jean: "You're a wanted criminal Spider-Woman. Why would I even think about telling you what you want to know."
Spider-Woman: "Because you stand for justice. Like me."
Captain DeWolff laughs.
Jean: "You're a vigilante. Not the law. I am the law! I am the real justice in this city!"
Spider-Woman: "Than if you are who you say you are, leave Detective Davis out of this! He has nothing to do with my work."
Jean: "Oh really? Then why do I have surveillance of him speaking to you outside the precinct?"
Spider-Woman: "Because I stopped Blackout! I was delivering him to the police, so he could be prosecuted and face his sentence!"
Jean laughs and takes a sip of her drink on the table beside her.
Jean: "Poor, poor Spider-Woman. You're just a scared girl playing dress up."
DeWolff stands up out of her seat and walks around a corner. Spider-Woman goes to follow her but she's stopped dead in her tracks as a SWAT team pops up with their weapons focused on Spider-Woman! DeWolff comes back around the corner.
Jean: "It's over... Hero. I'll be sure to let the Kingpin know we have his prize."
Jean has a sick smile on her face as Spider-Woman glares at her.
Spider-Woman: "That conference was never real! You work for the Kingpin!"
Jean: "As does these fine officers beside me! Don't worry Spider-Woman, you aren't going to be arrested. You're going to be serving a much worse sentence!"
Spider-Woman: "I won't let you get away with this!"
Jean: "I already have! Detain her!"
The officers move in, but Spider-Woman easily fights them off one by one! DeWolff picks up one of their weapons and fires a single shot, it just barey nips Spider-Woman's arm. Spider-Woman quickly looks and sees that the shot was some form of dart! She rips it out of the wall, runs, and dives off the balcony! Spider-Woman glides down to a roof top below. She looks at the dart then back up at the balcony, Captain DeWolff looks down at her from afar with a look of disgust. Spider-Woman runs off and leaps from the building and escapes DeWolff's sight.
~End of Scene~
Jessica wakes up in her apartment, still in her Spider-Woman suit, just with her mask off. She finds herself laying on the floor, just inches from her bed. She sits up and rubs her head. She has the dart she was nipped by sitting beside her, and she looks at the cut where that dart nipped her. Jessica grabs the dart and stands up. She pulls her seat out and sits at her desk, her head is pounding. Jessica reaches for her phone and calls Lindsay.
Lindsay: "Hello!? Jess! You'll never guess what happened last night after work! Scotty and I Went on a date!"
Jessica: "Oh! That's great Linds! Good for you!"
Jessica tries to hide the pain in her voice from her headache.
Jessica: "Hey... Remember when you said your new friend Scotty was a genius with computers and such? Well I need help with something."
Lindsay: "Yeah sure! Whatever it is, he can help! Do you want to meet up sometime today at my office building after work? You can meet Scotty and I there."
Jessica: "Yeah... Yeah that's perfect. I just need him to look at something I drank by mistake last night, it made me feel like crap, I just want to make sure I didn't drink rat poison or something crazy like that."
Jessica looks at the dart with a look of interest.
Lindsay: "Rat poison!? Huh?"
Jessica: "It's a long story..."
Lindsay: "Whatever you say Jess! Just becareful the next time you try catching a rat in your apartment! Bring it down, and Scotty will have a look at it!"
Jessica: "Thanks Linds, I'll see you later."
Lindsay: "Cya!"
Jessica hangs up the phone and examines the liquid in the dart
~End of Scene~
Jessica is riding up an elevator to the floor Lindsay works on. She rubs her eyes as she feels a little woozy, wondering what she was partially injected with. The elevator comes to a stop and the door opens. Jessica steps out to find Lindsay waiting for her. Lindsay has a huge grin on her face.
Lindsay: "So are you ready to meet him!?"
Jessica smiles and follows Lindsay into another room. As they enter, Scotty McDowell is working on a computer. Lindsay clears her throat to gain his attention. Scotty turns to see them.
Scotty: "Ah! You must be Jessica!"
Jessica: "Yes, Jessica Drew! And you're Scotty right?"
Scotty: "McDowell.. Scotty McDowell at your service."
Lindsay sort of blushes as Scotty introduces himself to Jessica.
Scotty: "So Ms. Drew, Lindsay tells me you require my services. What can I do to help?"
Jessica: "Well..."
Jessica reaches into her pocket and pulls out a closed vile containing whatever she was shot with.
Jessica: "I think someone slipped this in my drink while I was out last night..."
Lindsay: "Whoa! Wait a minute... Jessica Drew? The Jessica Drew? Since when do you have a night out?"
Lindsay laughs as Jessica shakes her head and smiles. She hands the vile to Scotty and he sticks it under a microscope.
Scotty: "Okay... Let's see what we have here."
Scotty looks away from his microscope and has a confused look on his face as he looks at Jessica.
Scotty: "You drank some of this?"
Jessica nods her head like nothing is wrong.
Scotty: "Jessica this is elephant tranquilizer, it's a miracle you're even standing here! How much did you swig down?"
Jessica: "Maybe a sip, then I realized my drink tasted funny. So I guess I made the right decision not to finish it."
Scotty: "A life saving decision!"
Jessica: "Mind if I have it back?"
Scotty: "Sure! As long as you don't plan to drink it."
Jessica smiles and laughs as Scotty hands her back the vile.
Jessica: "Well I should really get going now. I have some things I need to take care of tonight."
Lindsay has a surprised look on her face.
Lindsay: "Oh c'mon Jess! You just got here, come to my place tonight, Scotty and I were going to make lasagna!"
Jessica shakes her head.
Jessica: "I appreciate the offer Linds, but I really need to get going. It's important, plus I need to rest later, I feel a bit tired still from almost drinking that whole tranquilizer."
Lindsay smiles and nods.
Lindsay: "Go ahead Jess, I understand. You're a busy woman, just be safe and don't drink anymore unknown substances!"
She laughs as Jessica smiles. They say their good byes and Jessica leaves. Lindsay turns to Scotty.
Lindsay: "I wish she could make more time, I mean I understand she's busy, but I'd really like to see my friend more."
Scotty: "I'm sure what ever she's doing, it's as important as she says it is Lindsay. Now come on, let's close up and go get some lasagna!"
Scotty smiles and shuts down his computer, he wheels himself out the door and Lindsay follows.
~End of Scene~
Spider-Woman is running and leaping across roof tops. She suddenly stops and looks over into a old and banged up building. Jessica runs and dives onto the wall of the building. She climbs up the wall and enters a window. Detective Davis is on the otherside of that window.
Spider-Woman: "They tried to take me out with this."
She tosses the vile of tranquilizer to Jefferson.
Jefferson: "They wanted you alive..."
Spider-Woman: "Captain Jean DeWolff. She did this."
Jefferson looks up shocked.
Jefferson: "Captain DeWolff is working for the Kingpin!?"
Spider-Woman: "She must have been the one on the inside to throw your name out there for working with me. I'm sorry for dragging you into this Detective..."
Jefferson: "It's not your fault. You're the one trying to do right and bring justice to this city. What are you going to do now?"
Spider-Woman: "Expose DeWolff for the crimina she really is..."
Spider-Woman turns to leave, but Jefferson tells her to wait. She turns back to face him.
Jefferson: "Good luck. And be safe."
Spider-Woman glides out the window and into the dark.
~End of Scene~
Spider-Woman stands at the edge of a building, she is glaring at a bill board across from her on another building that reads "WANTED: Spider-Woman by the SFPD. Justice will be served!" Spider-Woman turns away from the board and vanishes in the night.
~End of Scene~
A limo is parked on the runway at the airport. A jet has just landed, and it looks to be privately owned as only one man exits the plane. The mysterious man steps off the plane and gets into the limo. The limo begins to drive off. Wesley and Fisk are two of it's passengers, but the man whom just entered sits across from them.
?: "You should know that I don't do this often..."
Wesley: "I know, and you should know that we're incredibly grateful for your upcoming services."
Wesley: "Here is your mission. When you succeed, you will be rewarded handsomely."
Wesley hands the man a file, and he opens it up to a photo of Spider-Woman.
Fisk: "Welcome to San Francisco... Mr. Castle."
Frank Castle, A.K.A. the Punisher! The Punisher sets the file down and lights up a cigar.

Mid-Season Finale - "Punisher"
Weapons ranging from knives to handguns to assault weapons and even explosives are mounted and displayed in what looks to be a hideout. The entrance door opens and the Punisher walks in. He shuts and locks the door and flips a switch. The lights brighten up the room and across the room on the wall is a picture of Spider-Woman with a knife sticking in it. The Punisher observes his lair with an intimidating look on his face.
~End of Scene~
Jessica and Lindsay are walking down a busy sidewalk, crowds and crowds of citizens of San Francisco are on their way to work.
Jessica: "So how are things going between yourself and Scotty?"
Jessica smiles as she looks over at Lindsay.
Lindsay: "As perfect as it cam be Jess! I really think he is going to ask me to be his girlfriend!"
Jessica: "And if he does?"
Lindsay's eyes light up with happiness
Lindsay: "I'm obviously telling him yes!"
Jessica stops to look in a window of a shop, Lindsay almost doesn't realize and has to quickly turn back.
Lindsay: "Jess? What is it?"
Jessica has a interesting look on her face.
Jessica: "I don't know yet..."
Several televisions are on display in the shop's window, a white skull is being shown on every single one. The image begins to pop up on every television, video board, and screen in the city. Jessica glares at it, thinking of what it could be. Suddenly the skull fades away and the Punisher is shown on the screens.
Punisher: "Citizens of this great city, I am here for one reason and one reason only. And that is to take down this city's beloved hero... Spider-Woman."
Jessica watches intensely as the Punisher continues on.
Punisher: "Spider-Woman, who ever you are. I know that you're watching this somewhere. And I know that you won't let this message go unanswered."
The Punisher steps back from his camera and reveals a man tied to a chair. The Punisher smirks as he looks into the camera.
Punisher: "This man is a normal every day citizen. He gets up, has coffee, goes to work, and comes home to a loving family. Why do I know this? Because I watched him everyday and every night until I knew the time was right."
The Punisher rips off the gag and the man begins screaming for help.
Punisher: "Do you hear that Spider-Woman? This man needs saving! But will you get here in time?"
The Punisher pulls out a handgun and shoots the man in the head. Jessica watches on in horror as the broadcast continues. The Punisher takes the camera and reveals that he has 5 other hostages. One of them is a little girl.
Punisher: "Every hour that passes after midnight tonight, I will kill a hostage. And just so you know I'm a man of my word Spider-Woman..."
The Punisher pulls out a revolver and he unloads the gun. But he leaves one shell in and spins the lock shut. He puts the gun to the child's head and she begins screaming in terror despite having a gag on. The Punisher pulls the trigger but the chamber is empty. He smirks and looks back into the camera.
Punisher: "This time she was lucky. Next time, I will put a bullet into her skull! Will you trade your life for these fine people Spider-Woman? You have until midnight. Come and meet your fate!"
The Punisher turns the camera off and the people around Jessica run around in panic. Jessica has a look of intense determination on her face. She quickly turns to Lindsay. Lindsay is on her phone. She hangs up and turns to face Jessica.
Lindsay: "That was Scotty, the office is on lockdown today because of the threats this Punisher guy put out. I'm going to go over Scotty's. You should come too."
Jessica: "Sorry Lindsay I can't. I have some things to take care of..."
Lindsay: "You heard that psychopath just a few minutes ago! He could kidnap you too! He could kidnap anyone! I hope Spider-Woman can stop him..."
Jessica: "Stay safe Linds. I'll call you tonight, text me Scotty's address and I'll see what I can do when I'm finished."
Lindsay: "Okay. Sounds good. You stay safe too Jess."
Lindsay and Jessica head off in opposite directions. Jessica has a furious look of determination on her face as she heads off.
~End of Scene~
A blacked out veichle pulls up to an abandoned warehouse. The driver gets out and he is dressed in SFPD SWAT gear. He opens the door to the back and Captain DeWolff steps out with a few other SWAT members. The corrupted police captain enters the warehouse with her men. As they enter, Wesley is sitting at a table in front of them with a few armed guards of his own. Jean doesn't look happy as she sees him.
Wesley: "Welcome Captain DeWolff. Please have a seat, we have much to discuss."
Jean: "Dammit you people told me that citizens wouldn't be harmed! Just who in the Hell is this maniac you have hired to kill Spider-Woman!?"
Wesley smirks.
Wesley: "Please Jean. Just sit down and let's talk like civil human beings."
Jean: "You expect me to go with what you're saying? Innocent lives were not to be harmed. That was our agreement!"
Wesley: "That was you agreement Jean-"
Jean: "Captain! Captain DeWolff!"
Wesley stops mid sentence as Jean interrupts him. He still has a smirk on his face.
Wesley: "Alright Captain DeWolff... Spider-Woman won't let harm come to these people. She isn't like that. She'll track down the Punisher, and he'll handle the rest. He'll bring us Spider-Woman's head and the hostages will be free to go! It is as simple as that really."
Jean: "See to it... And just where the Hell is this going down? And how will she know where to find this Punisher?"
Wesley chuckles. He gets up and whispers something into DeWolff's ear. He motions for his men and they leave as DeWolff watches on looking annoyed. She motions to her men and they also leave.
~End of Scene~
Jessica opens her wardrobe and begins putting her gear on. She zips up her boots and pulls her gloves on over her suit. Her phone lights up. It's Lindsay texting her Scotty's address. She looks into the mirror with determination as she pulls her mask over. Spider-Woman leaps into the night.
~End of Scene~
Captain DeWolff sits in her apartment with a martini in hand. She takes huge gulps of it. She looks into the reflection of her glass and sees that Spider-Woman is standing just a few feet behind her.
Jean: "I thought you'd come here..."
Spider-Woman grabs DeWolff by her shirt and pulls her up. Spider-Woman socks her right in the jaw! DeWolff falls to the the ground.
Jean: "Wait!"
Spider-Woman ignores her and again rips her to her feet and punches her again, this time breaking DeWolff's nose! Blood leaks out of it as DeWolff hits the ground hard. Spider-Woman again lifts her up, but this time she slams her up against the wall.
Spider-Woman: "Where is he keeping the hostages!?"
She punches DeWolff again and nearly knocks her unconscious!
Spider-Woman: "ANSWER ME!"
DeWolff weakly nods her head and mutters.
Jean: "In a badly burned warehouse on the docks... Please Spider-Woman. This isn't what I signed up for. People weren't supposed to die..."
Spider-Woman lets her go and Jean slides down the wall and falls to the floor.
Spider-Woman: "You're to turn yourself in DeWolff. Or I'll come back. I swear on it!"
Jean watches as Spider-Woman leaps off the balcony and glides off. Jean looks over at a clock. It's 11:51. She then blacks out.
~End of Scene~
The Punisher paces back and forth. His hostages sit and tied across from him.
Punisher: "I don't want to kill you. But I will if I find it necessary to. And if Spider-Woman doesn't show her mug in let's see..."
He looks at one of the hostage's watch.
Punisher: "3 minutes. Then I will kill every single one of you. It's nothing personal. Just part of the job that's all!"
Suddenly a window bursts and Spider-Woman dives in and tackles the Punisher to the ground. The two quickly get up, but Spider-Woman kicks him out of the office and through a window to the first floor! She looks out the window and the Punisher appears to be out cold as he lays on rubble and debris. Spider-Woman quickly turns and frees the hostages.
Spider-Woman: "Hurry. Go! Get out of here!"
The hostages thank her and the little girl hugs her before they escape. Spider-Woman looks out the window and down to the floor below, the Punisher is gone! Spider-Woman jumps down to the first floor and cautiously searches for him. As she walks across the floor, a loud bang goes off and a net comes from underneath her! The net pulls Spider-Woman up into the air, but she venom blasts it! She drops to the ground and the net falls on top of her. She quickly gets uo and rips the net off but she turns right into the butt of a rifle! The Punisher nails Spider-Woman with the butt of his gun! She staggers back and looks a little dazed. He rams the gun into her stomach and she leans over in pain, he quickly knees her right in the face and she falls right onto her back. Her lip is busted.
Punisher: "I've been looking forward to this. The Kingpin is paying me top dollar to bring him your head."
Spider-Woman flips to her feet and throws a combo of shots but the Punisher side steps every shot and he nails her right in the ribs! Spider-Woman stumbles and nearly falls as she yells in pain and holds her rib. She walks backwards, trying to anticipate the Punisher's next move.
Punisher: "Don't worry. Your ribs are only fractured."
Punisher swings at her but Spider-Woman catches his arm and nails him right in the jaw, but the Punisher comes back and head butts her right in the forehead! Spider-Woman again stumbles back dazed. Punisher shoves her against the wall and punches her repeatedly in the stomach. Spider-Woman falls to her hands and knees gasping for air.
Punisher: "I was told you'd put up a fight!"
He pulls her to her feet by her hair and throws a huge punch, tearing off a piece of her mask! Spider-Woman falls to the ground and lands face first. The Punisher looks at the piece of mask he tore off. He then throws it to the ground. He turns Spider-Woman over and looks into her eyes.
Punisher: "Let's see if I can make your heart stop..."
He wraps both hands around her throat and begins to choke her. Spider-Woman gasps for air as she can feel herself fading away. She notices a piece of sharp wood laying on the ground and makes a last ditch effort. She grabs it and stabs the Punisher in his side! He yells in pain as he lets go and stumbles back. He rips the wood out and looks on as Spider-Woman tries to crawl away, still gasping for air.
Punisher: "Bitch!"
He repeatedly begins stomping away at her back until she is barely moving. He turns her onto her back and she looks out of.
Punisher: "It's a shame..."
He pulls out a knife.
Punisher: "You're a pretty girl..."
He rams the knife into her stomach and Spider-Woman lets out one last and breathless gasp. Punisher leaves the knife in her and stands up over her lifeless body.
~End of Scene~
Spider-Woman awakens. She finds herself still in the warehouse, and the knife still in her. She weakly reaches for the knife and pulls it out. She yells in pain as she rolls over onto her side holding the stab wound. She pulls herself up against a wall and gets to her feet. She takes a few steps and stumbles right back down.
Spider-Woman: "AHHHH!"
She continues to moan in pain. But she sees something in front of her. A man stands across from her.
Spider-Woman: "...Daddy?"
Jonathan Drew appears in front of Spider-Woman.
Jonathan: "Get up Jessica. You're stronger than this."
Her torn mask tells it all as Jonathan can see the emotion on Spider-Woman's face.
Spider-Woman: "Dad... Please, help me..."
Jonathan: "I can't Jessica. Not anymore."
Spider-Woman pulls herself up to her feet. She keeps a hand pressed on her stab wound.
Spider-Woman: "Dad... How are you even here? You died!"
Jonathan: "Goodbye Jessica."
Jonathan turns and walks away, leaving Spider-Woman.
Spider-Woman: "Dad no! Please! Come back!"
Spider-Woman tries to take a step forward and she falls down again. She looks up at the ceiling above her as she lays in a great deal of pain, she turns herself over and manages to get back up again and she drags herself out of the warehouse.
~End of Scene~
Lindsay and Scotty are both snoring away and snuggled together on the couch. They both quickly awaken when a loud thud hits the floor in another room. Lindsay jumps up and whispers to Scotty as he gets into his wheelchair,
Lindsay: "Wait here a sec..."
Scotty: "What? No let me help you!"
Lindsay: "Who knows what that noise was. Stay here. I'll be right back."
Scotty eventually agrees as Lindsay sneaks up to the door of the room where the thud came from. Lindsay cautiously opens the door and a bloodyand beaten Spider-Woman falls into Lindsay! Lindsay yells, looking terrified. Scotty quickly whees himself over and his eyes widen as he looks as Spider-Woman's torn mask.
Scotty: "Jessica!?"
Lindsay looks in shock as she too realizes Jessica is Spider-Woman.
Lindsay: "Oh my God! Scotty call 911! Jess, Jess? Can you hear me!? You're going to be okay. Scotty!"
Scotty goes for his phone but he stops as Spider-Woman tries to speak.
Spider-Woman: "Jeff... Detective Jefferson Davis..."
Spider-Woman gives Lindsay and Scotty the location of Jefferson's safehouse before passing out from her pain.
~End of Scene~
The Punisher steps out of an elevator and Wilson Fisk, A.K.A. the Kingpin is there waiting for him.
Punisher: "It's done!"
Fisk: "What? No body? You knew our deal Mr. Castle."
Punisher: "She wasn't worth dragging here... But here. Here is my proof that shes dead."
The Punisher pulls out the piece of mask he ripped off of Spider-Woman and hands it to Fisk. A large smirk appears on Fisk's face as he looks at the mask.
Fisk: "You've appeared to have done well then Mr. Castle. Our agreements will be transferred into your account immediately"
Punisher: "It was a pleasure doing business..."
The Punisher and Fisk shake hands and the Punisher leaves. Fisk looks at the mask before putting it in his desk.
~End of Scene~
Jessica quickly sits up in bed and takes a huge breath of air. She looks down at where she was stabbed and the wound is heavily bandaged and wrapped. Her left eye is badly bruised and she is still tremendously aching. Jessica realizes she is not home and still at Lindsays. She looks over and sees her Spider-Woman suit laying over a chair, it's torn up in some parts and covered in her blood. Jessica gets up out of the bed and nearly falls, but she manages to stay up. The door opens and Jefferson walks in.
Jefferson: "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Easy..."
Jessica: "I guess you know who I really am too now huh?"
Jefferson cracks a smile for a moment and nods as he helps Jessica out of the room and over to a couch in the living room.
Jefferson: "You took quite the beating, I'm in shock that you're still alive Jessica."
Jefferson can tell that she is still in a great deal of pain as she talks.
Jessica: "Well that's what radioactive spider blood will do to you..."
Jefferson: "No. That's what the will to keep fighting does to you."
Jessica looks up at Jefferson and nods her head in appreciation.
Jefferson: "Here... I got something that will cheer you up."
Jefferson turns the television on. Police Captain, Jean DeWolff has turned herself in to upper authorities.
Jefferson: "She's being charged with criminal conspiracy and dozens of other charges that will put her away for a long time. Plus, yours truly is officially re-instated!"
Jessica: "That's great Jefferson. Congratulations."
Jefferson: "No. We should all be congratulating and thanking you... Spider-Woman."
Jessica smiles. Lindsay and Scotty enter the room and are happy to see Jessica awake.
Jefferson: "I'll leave you guys to it. Oh and Jessica, you rest up. We'll catch the one who did this to you. I give you my word."
Jefferson leaves as Lindsay and Scotty check on Jessica.
Lindsay: "So... Spider-Woman huh?"
Jessica: "It's something I've wanted to tell you, but I couldn't risk your safety. If people knew-"
Lindsay interrupts her.
Lindsay: "You don't owe me an explanation Jess. I just can't believe that all this time, you were the one jumping off buildings and beating up bad guys all this time! You're a hero Jessica."
Jessica: "That means a lot. Thank you."
Jessica forces herself to stand up.
Scotty: "And just where do you think you're going? You need your rest!"
Jessica: "I need to get back out there. I can't let the Punisher hurt anyone else, and I need to find out who the Kingpin is and stop him."
Lindsay: "Not like this you aren't! Please Jess. You need to let your body heal."
Jessica's wounds ache and she is forced to sit down. She slowly nods her head.
Jessica: "Okay...Fine...But only until I'm better."
Lindsay: "Hey! You're Spider-Woman. Once you are all healed up, trust me, I won't stop you!"
Lindsay laughs and Jessica cracks a smile.
Jessica: "I'm going to go lay back down for a little bit."
Jessica goes to her bedroom and shuts the door as Lindsay and Scotty look on. Jessica sits in her room, she has her spider suit clutched in both hands, and she has a flash back of seeing her father before blacking out back at the warehouse.
Jessica: "Could it have really been you?"
Jessica looks at her suit as she thinks back of what happened.
