Thanks Professor Berch... Something I was thinking of doing, since free agency is one of the tougher things to document, is do just 1 post for the free agency period, listing the top 50-100 free agents and where they end up. Example 1. LB Von Miller (Prev. Team: Denver) ][ (New Team: Denver for 4 years) 2. DE Muhammad Wilkerson (Prev. Team: New York Jets) ][ (New Team: New England for 5 years) 3. S Eric Weddle (Prev. Team: San Diego) ][ (New Team: Carolina for 3 years) 4. LB Tamba Hali (Prev. Team: Kansas City) ][ (New Team: Kansas City for 6 years) ... 49. CB Morris Claiborne (Prev. Team: Dallas) ][ (New Team: Kansas City) 50. DT Henry Melton (Prev. Team: Tampa Bay) ][ (New Team: Denver) But I can try to do something different if somebody doesn't release a Top 50 list. As far as the Draft thing you put up, excellent work!! Only got to look at a few of them. I think Dallas ends up using a top pick on defense, or try trading down. Despite it being a big issue, I don't see us using a first-rounder on a backup. I think Dallas would've won this division if Romo's not injured, but I do say we probably aren't beating the Patriots, Packers, Seahawks, Cardinals, Panthers, with a healthy Romo and team... I have to think there's places to improve, such as CB or DL.. I'm not even convinced that Greg Hardy's back next season tbh, and that's a huge problem, because he's been our best pass rusher, since Randy Gregory's not 100%, while Mincey has disappeared. Plus, when you're getting the negative attention that Hardy's getting, you better be averaging 2-3 sacks a game.

But a backup QB that can take over in the next couple of years is definitely the biggest need. Probably a third round project will work, maybe taken late in the second. And the NFL always pots their top 101 free agents a few weeks before free agency starts. So you're good on that front.

And I'll commend teams like the Patriots, Packers, Broncos, because they develop quarterbacks they draft, letting them sit behind great quarterbacks for a few years. It's much more successful than throwing a first round rookie QB into the fire.

It works sometimes, but thats how you get a bust as well.

Just imagine the number of quarterbacks who were picked 1-10, and if they sat back for at least 2 years, how good they would've been?!

I just had my BEST week of predicting NFL games, and it's not even over yet!!!!!!!! I went 10-4 today, and with my TNF prediction also correct, I'm a whooping 11-4 this week! Only games I missed was WAS/CHI, SF/CLE, NO/TB, and OAK/DEN, which except for the Browns game, were all close games. If the Dolphins can beat the Giants tomorrow, I'll be 12-4 in my picks on the week... WOW! I've never gotten this close before!!

It simply isn't possible to keep a Patriot healthy.
Blount is now out for the year.

Rams are owning, 21-3 at the half versus the visiting Bucs. This was such an easy pick for #WeeklyFood, considering the Rams don't have to travel on this short week. That makes a HUUUUGE difference!!

This Jets and Cowboys game is soooo difficult for tomorrow. Both teams need to win. Dallas had a hard time stopping Starks and Lacy last week, but Chris Ivory for the Jets has struggled tremendously the last month or so.
Another low scoring game where Dallas will be in it with 5 minutes left to go.
NOTE: In the Green Bay game, Dallas trailed 14-7 with 5 minutes left to go, before losing with a final score 28-7.

A healthy New York Jets team is in Dallas, that is without Romo, McClain, Claiborne, Street, and others... It's going to get baaad.
Low scoring game offensively for the Cowboys, but I'm not sure about the Jets, because Brandon Marshall has had some of his biggest games against Dallas.

If these players weren't injured do you think the Cowboys would have realistically made the playoffs? Given the fact that they've consistently missed the playoffs the past few seasons (bar last year).

Given the fact that they've consistently missed the playoffs the past few seasons (bar last year). Well before Romo went down, this team was 2-0 and had two division games under their belt, and one of those games came without Dez and Gregory, both of those games came without Hardy, McClain, and Scandrick. I thought we had the team to at least win the division. Our defense has played lights out all year long, but they are always on the field! The offense without Romo can't sustain drives like last year, meaning the defense is gassed in the fourth quarter and are put in a tough predicament to hold onto leads. The hopes were all high for this team entering the season, and seeing how the rookies were playing, rightfully so. If I could have two injuries back, Romo and Gregory, I think this team would have been capable of winning ten games, finishing around 10-6, which I think is fair. Professor Berch can add his three cents, as an Eagles fan, but I tried to give an unbiased answer as a sports journalist.

If ya want my opinion, if they had all their players except Romo, their still 4th in the East. If they were missing all those guys BUT Romo, they'd be #1.
